We have been living here for a month now and even though the apartment was completed renovated, we had to request lots of services to solve issues that the apartment had. As an apartment complex in general is ok.

    Junction is Great. The Management team is perfect. They really make sure they are doing things the correct way and I greatly appreciate it. Its a very tranquil community and it feels very safe. Im happy to call it home.

      I was a little hesitant about leasing with junction because of all the bad reviews but I will tell you that the new management is really doing a great job. The leasing office staff are great Ty and Garrett do their very best with all of your concerns. Everyone is really professional even though we had a couple hiccups in the beginning I do understand that theyre trying to correct old management problems. I was really concerned about it being dirty but theres never any garbage overflow and theres no rodents,roaches or any other of the crazy things that Ive heard about the complex. Everyone is doing their very best to turn things around. The complex is clean, well kept and the gates are always closed and working after business hours.

        Once cameras are put up itll be better then not having that hurts. I will not recommend anyone until something done with stolen property. Installing cameras would allow be to transparent on a good side better than saying everyone at this complex is great but things get broken into all the time.

          The apartment is beautiful. And they did a great job renovating except its not finished. I had to go back and forth upon moving because they kept changing my unit without my knowledge. Laundry hasnt worked since I moved in and it still doesnt . And its almost been a week.

            Iam very happy with the people over neighbourhood.peaceful environment.I feel the staff are very supportive and very proactive in doing the only one thing is missing a play area for u were able to provide one in our community if would be great.

              Theres a lot of improvement needed since the ownership change from Gables to Greystar. Hopefully once all the exterior updates are done more focus will be brought back to residents and normal upkeep of the property.

                The new owners are pretty selfish. I cant see how you can spend thousands of dollars remodeling the whole complex but you dont have a budget to hire at least one additional person. Since the last owners and staff this place hasnt been the Same. The employees are doing the best they can with the little resources given and provided.

                  Good Apartment and Community. Great location in terms of accessibility to parks, grocery store, shopping mall, pharmacy, I-285 highway, and many more. Overall, good place to live. People in leasing office are friendly.

                      Manintance requests takes forever for someone to check on the issue including pumbling issues .. all requests required numerous followups and escalations . Previous management all requests were closed within 48 hours without any followups. Frustrating to follow up so many times without any resolutions and they close the tickets without resolution in few weeks whi h is even more disappointing.. very poor service in maintenance

                        Neighborhood is super quiet, the staff is very friendly and helpful, & maintenance is better than anywhere else I've lived BY FAR. The apartments are excellent quality for the price you pay, which is much cheaper than other places in the area. It is convenient to lots of restaurants, stores, and The Battery, as well as both 285 & 75. Overall, a GREAT apartment complex!

                          After the recent change in management all maintenance requests are taking forever to be resolved. Worst experience in the last couple of months. My mail box was wide open for the past month. They took around a month to replace my mail box key. They didn't even care to check all the necessities before handing over the key to me when I transferred.

                            The community is peaceful and quiet. The new staff is very unprofessional and clearly theyre least concerned about residents safety and satisfaction. The maintenance process is very slow and not customer friendly.

                                This is a nice community. Silent and calm. No disturbance. Close to my office and has good amenities. Maintenance can be improved and can be more interactive by organizing few events within the community to know each other....

                                  The best thing about the community is the location. The apartments are bery spacious. The staff is courteous. Maintenance issues are resolved slowly. Unfortunately the walls and ceilings are thin and you can hear your neighbors every move.

                                    I think management needs to take concerns more serious and be more attentive. Rules about children and dog walking should be made more clear to tenants. Children playing and waking in direct pathway of cars needs to be addressed. Ive seen service vehicles like our mail lady stop and ask them to please get out of her way so she can pass through. I notice bikes, scooters and toys laying all over the property, in parking spaces and on the lawn . Ive also noticed people waking their dog without leashes and not picking up their dogs waste. Unacceptable! Overall I would rate this property a 5 out of 10 meaning average . Brittany at the rental office is great ! She is very knowledgeable about the leasing business, professional and courteous. Great location , price point and overall structure of the property is good.

                                      I have only been a resident for one month it's still too early to tell the neighborhood seems to be family oriented with everyone showing respect to each other it should be fine living. One small concern I have is that we receive emails that work is going to be done and the work doesn't happen at that time on the second try received an email that work would be done on a Tuesday to come home and find the work being done on a Thursday so the communication needs to be a little bit better

                                                Maintenance issues are resolved very slowly or not at all. My dryer has been broken for over a month while waiting on a part to be ordered. I also experience a leak from my water heater area which cause flooding in my bedroom, soaking the carpet. I was told that a company would be called in to fix the situation, but no follow-up on management's part was ever done. Office staff was very rude when I called and asked for them to resolve the problem. Apartment manager has not responded to phone messages or emails.

                                                    Q: I request the Vining's corner to enable auto payment.... It's ridiculous when we miss to pay with in first 3 days of month, vining corner charge 100$ as fine money. I m affected one we are paying fine money for the 3 Rd time which 300$ gain to vinings corner.i feel auto payment should be enable for God sake.... Will auto payment will be enable?
