My experience has been good with the exception of my horrible, noisy and inconsiderate neighborhoods above me. They are horrible! I have complained and complained about the continuous banging all times of night and day. They are apparently using weights and barbells to exercise and dropping them on the floor. It is horrible. I love the greenery but the larger roaches / water bugs are everywhere when you get out your car. The apartments are very well kept, the landscaping is beautiful. The fitness center is absolutely a waste! The pool in the front is very nice. Management can be rude and unprofessional at times. You can get an unexpected charge added to your rent in any given month and have to pay or else.

Happy to stay here for the last 10 years with all the amenities,staff,neighborhood and accessibility and would recommend to my friends cos of nearby schools,shops,doctors and many other facilities...really a good choice for a family!

I have stayed almost 6 years in Junction at Vinings from Feb 2015 to Jan 2021, I am happy about the earlier management, they are very polite and respectful. I have vacated my apartment on Jan 2021 due to my H1B duration completed and traveled back to my home Country India and informed the same to the current management before I travelled, they told me I will get the refund amount around $236 after they have deducted all fines from my security deposit and will dispatch the check on my name to my given Friend address. After reach to my home country I have requested many times to inform about my check dispatch status, they are not responding properly and not ready to send my check to the given friend address, I have given my India address also, but they are not responding for that also. In this pandemic situation money is very important for every one, but the current management is not understanding, its very very bad experience for me, almost 65 days over after I have vacated from Junction at Vinings, still I didn't get the refund amount. I am expecting my refund amount, but they are not giving, so I am requesting everyone take the refund amount before travel back to your home country, otherwise later expecting is very difficult, they are not responding and taking our money and cheating us.

Junction at vinings is a great community and the maintenance of the building is a great thing. Also the leasing office team MONA is a wonderful person The maintenance will be done in a very quick and and timely fashion

Junction at Vinings is very beautiful community.All rooms are very spacious and getting enough sunlight.Also the amenities are very good.Also the maintenance team is good.Iwould like to have a play area for kids inside the community.

I enjoy the community itself. It seems as if management has a hard time ensuring the safety of the community. There are various streetlights that are continuously out and when reported on they are rarely fixed, which seems dangerous at night. I'm unsure of who's court this would be in but it seems as if there is a desire to do cosmetic repairs in older units without actually addressing the true problem. Being a resident for some time this has been a major issue. I enjoy my neighbors but the walls are thin and I hear/smell everything from the surrounding units. It is not that I believe they are being extremely loud but on a day to day basis I hear the activities of those around me.

Pending work order is the only concern, team not responsive. Small issues remain unresolved. Writing mails and talking with the supervisor too does not help here.... I don't know if at all this issue of mine would get resolved ever

Kitchen and bathroom cabinets are not good quality. Window glasses are not clean and after many requests they were not taken care of. Fitness center could be improved. Patio wood is very old and is bad condition. A lot of improvements required.

Good in keep contact with the people like conducting competitions. Thar was such a good thing during pandemic time. Thank you Junction at vinings. Maintenance also good.The issue is solved very suddenly and friendly manner.

We unfortunately found the required Valet Trash service to be less than reasonable and unreliable. From the time we were informed around October that this was a required service we've had to submit constant request to management regarding missed pickup. I feel that anytime you require resident to pay for a service rather than making valet trash service optional then the service should be dependable.

I am living in junctions at vinings for 6 months now, I am liking it very much.. Its a well maintained community and staffs are very friendly. I am enjoying the community as its peaceful and has a good neighborhood with schools and shopping malls , restaurants, gym etc

Roof gutter issue reported 6 months ago with repeated work orders no action has been taken. Conditions are very very Slippery outside my apartment and injury can happen anytime due to slippery condition.

Case in point: it is Monday morning, as the majority of us work from home. Someone/company, has a ladder and is on the roof, with a motorized tool, blowing leaves, 9:30am EST. Per usual, there was no update from the management team to notify residents of this disruption.

1. They do charge a lot for nothing. For Community light they charge around $10 every month. I never understood for what they are charging this much. Water Bill is super high. Trash people didn't come for 1 month. And you never know when they will come or not. Now I heard they have started charging money for the service if something is require replacement. Then I will never like to recommend to anyone. I will also think to move somewhere else in future once my lease expires.

It is a wonderful community with quick maintenance guys are very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and multi talented. .same day they resolve maintenance . Leasing office is also clean and keep multiple events and gifts.

After reviewing ratings on this property I was told by a friend that improvements were being made and the staff was newer. Well, that's not true. The staff attitudes are probably worse than before. I was able to drive onto the property. Mona is not truthful in her dealings with prospective tenants. Also, the staff hide behind the online system when they screw up. Please save your application fees. You may get hung up on while trying to get them back. If there was a "0" rating, I would tag it. These leasing people have one job to day and they have lots of difficulty with the task. Always trust reviews.

Reaction time for concerns since moving into the Junction has been very slow. We requested changes for our lease term the day after moving into our apartment and have been following up with leasing office each day since moving in with no progress.

Great community for safety and good neighbor Hood. Would like to extend my lease this year as well. Service maintenance is good even in this pandemic situation. I'm living in this great community morethan 8 years and expecting the same environment in upcoming years as well

Amazing, the entire staff is great! Whenever I call in a work order it gets completed right away. The office staff is always so friendly, they go above and beyond to make sure that to make sure everything gets completed in a timely manner.

Good but not up to the mark when you deal or request something to management.Recently I asked for just a lease break letter but its one month now no response on it Again the rent is too high when compared to other communities which have better amenities and facilities then viniings

Great with my neighbors! Due to gates open 24-7. I have found. Homeless people outside my building. Mask not being worn during Covina virus, no gloves,shoe covers when entering. No integrity!!!! Beyond any honer of agreement to lease and accountability!!
