Office staff very polite and professional the maintenance group are just wonderful my only suggestion is to have more lighting in the community for safety it is very dark at night and for the upstairs residents to be mindful of us that live downstairs especially at night thank you

The light is out in the parking lot outside of building 10 and has been out for a month. Several work orders have been submitted and the residents that submitted were never notified that they had to hire outside contractors to change the bulbs or care for the outside lights on the property and parking lots. I saw a maintenance worker and asked them why the light hadnt been replaced and was informed that a bid had been submitted to a contractor and theyre waiting for the contractor to reply. Now that its getting darker earlier the parking lot is very dark by 8 PM and doesnt feel safe especially since the main gate had to be removed to be repaired due to vandalism. Also the steps are crumbling in building 10 near apartments 1001 and apartments 1010. Also the gutter outside of building 10 in front of apartments 1008 has been broken over a year part of it is hanging down and when theres a heavy blowing rain the rain wets the front doors and porches of the apartments in that side of the building. This should not be happening because once we walk across the walkway reach our building were no longer exposed to the elements and shouldnt have to worry about getting wet at our front doors. It seems like once a month the garbage compactor is overflowing with garbage. If things dont change were going to have some unsavory tenants living here and its already starting to look like low income buildings. All the buildings were supposed to be power washed this summer if that happened building 10 was missed. The same thing with the dryers and fireplace inspection building 10 was never inspected or at the section I live in. Im afraid this property has gone downhill. Thank God I have clean neighbors. I chose this apartment complex when I moved to Georgia because of the large roomy apartments, the proximity to the airport, the mall, stores, Atlanta, and at that time this was one of the more desirable apartment complexes to live in. I could go on but whats the use.

The place is really great to take long walks and is very close to all attractions. The grocery shops, schools and a lot of lovely parks at walking distance. Maintenance turnaround time could be lesser.

This used to be one of the best communities in this area and I have been living here for almost 6 years. Now it has become worse beyond recovery after the new management took over. Months of delay to fulfil maintenance requests, waste bags not getting picked up for days even though its mandatory to opt for valet waste pickup. Entire community is full of pet excretion and some corners stinking so badly, plastic bags lying all over. Not a place to live with family anymore. The management releases a set of rules every month for the residents to follow in a dictatorial tone but they never stick to any of their simplest responsibilities. Some staffs are good and polite and most of them are not.

It's been great! The maintenance team and office staff are very helpful and courteous. Please build a clubhouse room where you can keep a table tennis table. That would be an awesome addition! Thank you!

Very good amenities and maintenance work order could be worked out faster manner. Otherwise this is very good place to live and enjoy the amenities. Roof is so thin that the kids running through second floor is heavily disturbe for the residents in first floor.

Worst move in experience of my life. Multiple staff members have attitude and don't care. Roof leaks, roaches, apt not ready on move in date. Cannot even sleep at night due to roof leak. Took 3 weeks to get my washer and dryer. Apartment was not checked by staff prior to move in

Too many fees charged in your monthly rent. For example: monthly pest control fees although pest control doesnt come out monthly. Fees for the gym and pool, although Im unable to use either of these facilities because my keycard doesnt work for either. Overall not a good living experience.

Management response is very bad .. due to current pandemic situation when you try to reach out to management over email , never expect any reply unless you go and ask them to reply . I referred a friend to the Appartment in 2019 and still not received the reward and complained to management atleast 5 time but no response got . Maintenance is very bad .

I have nothing good to say about this community.... I have been bothered with roaches every single day since I moved in. Pest control has been out for 2 weeks in a row, maintenance has sprayed and I purchased several products myself.

As long as I do not have to interact with the office staff - everything is fine. My only complaint has only ever been with the way they operate within their office staff. Sometimes the garbage dumpster over flows, the gate is always broken, and there are days where the valet trash is not picked up.

Sure I'll leave a review that maintenance issues are late to be responded to no follow up with them maintenance requests are deleted before work is done it's done right now in the process of having to go to the Post Office to collect mail because the mailbox is down supposedly without any deadline I'm getting it fixed

Im ready to move and I havent even been here 30 days yet. The gate is always broken. The pool has been closed for days. I have had so many maintenance issues since I moved in. Some are resolved. Some are reoccurring and consistent. Maintenance team needs to be hired ASAP. But with all the issues Im having, there must be 1,000 others. So I could see why no maintenance staff want to work for the community. Its likely overwhelming. The rent is too high for it to be like this. I just wish I had done more research and been able to view my specific unit before signing my lease. Im sure that was done on purpose though.

Every year price goes up and quality goes down. Long time good tenants are leaving and being replaced by loud, weed smoking, disrespectful neighbors and managements response is reactive and unhelpful or completely unresponsive. They obviously treat employees poorly since the entire maintenance crew quit, but management never informed us so delay of repairs seemed like negligence of their employees versus their incompetence to run a business with care. We can't wait to get out of this place and find somewhere that isn't failing to deliver quality renting experience.

The maintenance of the apartments is very bad, the rents are high for nothing. We are currently living under the stench of a dead animal in our ceiling which was not removed. Very bad experience. The mangement staff could not address the issue.

raised request 10 back but still now no response for an emergency, Very very poor maintenance, i stayed more than 2 years and never faced this problem, but last 6 months maintenance is ver poor, utility bills are very very high, Not sure what we can do

Office staff is rude and quick to get an attitude, not professional at all. Maintenance staff is non existent and management isnt helpful. If you do rent here fingers crossed there are no issues in your apartment

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Neighbors above my unit have been throwing dog poop on my patio for a month and MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE even though it is a violation. This complex used to be so nice with classy neighbors who actually care about their community when it was Vinings Corner. Now they let just anyone live here who litters ALL OVER THE PLACE and destroys the community. SAVE YOURSELF some money and trouble and DO NOT EVEN BOTHER moving to Junction at Vinings. The manager Johnathan laughed every time I tell him what’s going on. They constantly say they will fix things but NEVER resolve the issue. At this point I am planning on getting the courtesy officer involved because it’s just that bad. On top of that I have had loud banging on my bedroom walls everyday every hour on the hour since neighbors moved in months ago and they said they can’t do anything about it.. I have been living here for 5 years. I will NOT be renewing my lease ever again. Junction at Vinings is now ------, trifling. and unprofessional. You can’t even enjoy your apartment because there’s trash all over the place and huge water bugs all over the facility while MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING but make empty promises.

It is a great deal for someone who gets a newly renovated apartment. I have had numerous issues during my time here. Communication is not a strong point here. Sometimes they respond quickly other times you may receive "runaround" treatment. The property has around 30 buildings so a small delay is expected sometimes.

Lots of family and kids outside daily. Thats something Im not used to. The kids run in the street without looking. Thats my only concern but nothing to do with staff and management. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Really I got very bad experience after I have vacated the apartment, simply they are cheating, putting more fines and taking all the security deposit even if you handover the apartment in good condition. I am requesting you all to take the refund amount before vacate, otherwise you won't get anything after you vacated, simply they will cheat and change the words. Current management is very worst, think before if anyone want to take apartment.

It always feels like home . My apartment is comfy and cozy . Kids love being home aswell .I love the paces ferry area . I was able to find a karate class 2 mins away for my son . We are happy and ,adjusting fast . Everything is so close to each other. I love that !
