We've had ongoing issues with mold, needing to submit maintenance requests every few months, which has been frustrating. Maintenance has been inconsistent, there is one older maintenance worker who is kind and helpful, but the younger ones have been rude and unpleasant to deal with. The connection team is amazing and puts on great community events, which we've really enjoyed. The neighborhood itself is nice, but overall the apartments feel overpriced for the experience.

The community is safe and clean. The staff are professional and the maintenance are fast to resolve issues. You get to know the community, as many people walk or utilized the amenities. A wonderful community.

Avonlea is a wonderful community right in the heart of Woodstock. Plenty of stores and restaurants. I hear good schools as well. The management here is very professional and d seems to really care about their residents. Grounds and buildings maintained very well. Been here 13 years and very happy.

I’m content
I’m content with living here, it isn’t the best but it could be better. The community could use a good face lift. Maybe some better flowers, paint the buildings, overall cleanliness. When you get to the back of the community of phase 1 it goes downhill. You smell weed, dog poop everywhere, trash everywhere, abandoned cars, & ugly shipping containers. Parking is a nightmare as well. I won’t be renewing my lease and I see why they have so many vacant units or ones on notice. I can’t wait to give notice and move out.

Great apartment complex. Staff is very friendly and responsive to issues that arise. Grounds and facilities are always well taken care of. This is an excellent community to live and highly recommend for anyone looking.

Overall quite satisfied with living at Avonlea Towne Lake! It's convenient to my workplace. It feels safe. Have had very few maintenance issues, but they've been handled quickly and professionally. The laundry room has also improved since my arrival. Thank you!

Just a visitor but the upgraded models look fantastic and a very friendly community. They are still renovating a lot of apartments and maintenance runs a tight ship with the landscape. Along with very affordable rates in a competitive market.

The apartment complex is a great place to stay. They are clean and quiet. I have had no complaints about the apartment complex and have had a great experience living here so far. The maintenance work is quick as well

A great location and I love my apartment. Its dog friendly, but you'll also need to watch out for poop. Some of the amenities, especially the dog park, need improvement. Rent goes up every year, no matter how long you've been here. Maintenance is great and is quick to fix issues.

This place is a fantastic place to live. Very quiet and the grounds are always immaculate. But one thing I will say is they should inquire about what your apartment looks like before you renew your lease and up charge me more money for apartment that has not been upgraded is the only issue that I have. Other than that, this is a great place to live. I have been very happy here. The staff is nice. People in the community are very nice.

I love it here! Management friendly and helpful! Maintenance is responsive and friendly. Facilities are always clean and ready to go. Grounds are well maintained and attractive. Neighbors are always friendly and welcoming.

I appreciate how the grounds are maintained and the quick response you get for a service request. The staff here is very polite and professional. I like having the boardwalk access to the trail to the dog park and the downtown area.

Avonlea at Towne Lake is a superb rental community! The move in process was relatively simple, and the front office staff was able to assist me every step of the way. It's a beautifully kept community with many desirable amenities!

It's been very pleasant. Staff has been professional and courteous. The communication from management to the community is very good. The landscaping in front of my building could use some upgrades and freshening up.

We have loved our experience with Avonlea Townlake from day one. The management team are so friendly and helpful. The apartment we rented is fabulous - worth every penny. The grounds and pools are well maintained, big trees and landscaping is beautiful. We love the security of the gates as well.

Solid community. No major issues. Maintenance requests are filled in a timely manner. Office always communicates when there are issues. For me personally in my four years the only issue has been upstairs neighbors.

Very nice complex especially landscaping. Office staff and maintenance are great. Weather related incidents and damages fixed very quickly. Tennis courts completely redone and paddle courts added. Pools are maintained to the highest standards.

Hadn't lived in an apartment complex for over 20 years before Avonlea Towne Lake. Well maintained, mostly quiet, well run, conveniently located. Access to Noonday trail and downtown Woodstock is a big plus. The social events are run by a most *outstanding* team!

We enjoy stay here, the environment is very quiet and good community, front desk team is always open to help and the maintenance is amaizng, that helps to keep in great conditions the units. If you're looking something near Woodstock definitely this is the place!

Community is fantastic in the area. The staff of the complex are always super friendly and helpful when questions arise. Any time I need something fixed, or need a work order placed, the maintenance is done same day or the very next day and completed wonderfully!

Very nice place, well kept, friendly and responsive staff. There are two swimming pools, tennis courts, pickleball facilities and close to Woodstock's walking trail. In addition to all that the staff hosts community events which offers socializing opportunities.

I've been here roughly 2 weeks now and I'm still loving it here. 2 minor issues but they got fixed really quick. Bert is a sweetheart (maintenance man). I still recommend this place to anyone looking.
