The location is truly unbeatable?being right on Lake Shore Drive means I get to enjoy beautiful lake views every day, and it's incredibly easy to access the lakefront trail for walking, running, or relaxing by the water. The neighborhood is safe, vibrant, and very walkable, with plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation options nearby. The building itself has a classic charm that I really appreciate. While some features reflect its character, everything is well-maintained and clean. The common areas are inviting, and I've found the overall atmosphere to be comfortable and welcoming. My unit is spacious, and I especially love the natural light and views, which make a huge difference in day-to-day living. One of the standout aspects has been the management and maintenance team. They've been responsive, professional, and friendly whenever I've needed assistance. Any maintenance requests I've submitted have been handled efficiently, which adds a lot of peace of mind. Overall, living here has been a great experience. Between the unbeatable location, the charm of the building, and the supportive staff, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a home in Chicago.

I like the building. The location on the lakeshore is a bonus but it is further away from main public transport in the neighborhood and grocery stores. The building staff is kind, and I appreciate the building events!

Wonderful place to live

This has by far been one of my favorite places to live in Chicago! The location is fantastic (multiple forms of public transportation nearby), the space is amazing, but it’s the staff that really makes 1350 N. Lake Shore Dr. such a wonderful place to call home. I cannot thank Kelli Stuart on the management team enough for her helpful and prompt assistance, as well as positive attitude whenever I reach out to her. I can always count on her to follow up, and that is a major plus living at such a large high-rise. Thank you so much for making my experience such a great one!

Great location, very solid staff, and neighbors are very reasonable. I don't mind paying the extra rent to separate myself from certain groups, but the rental increased substantially outpaces the local inflation that concerns me.

I've only been here a week so far but I've enjoyed the amenities this property offers! Door staff are very friendly, moving in was a breeze, and other residents I've met are kind. The only issues I've noticed so far are lots of paint chipping residue all around my unit and drafty windows.

Great location, pet friendly and safe neighborhood. Access to lots of public transportation and everything is within walking distance. Property is old which does show in some units, carpet, metal cabinets and lack of lighting. If you are transferring units within the building be careful of hidden fees and poor communication was leasing staff. It's a cash grab

No comment other than the building has a great location, and a delightful staff: maintenance, front desk, garage. It's an iconic Eisenhower era Building with an historic location. It sits on the site of the Potter Palmer Residence, in Chicago's Gold Coast.

The value you get for this building in this location is great. It is an older building which comes with it's drawbacks (e.g., HVAC), but overall this is a great building and I would recommend it to others.

Best maintenance department of anywhere I have lived. They are quick to respond and do the job right the first time. For an older building it is in relatively great shape but showing signs of wear and tear in some of the access doors.

This is the second time I've lived in this complex! I moved away for a year and decided to come back. The all of the staff is amazing - from the front desk to the maintenance crew. I feel very safe living here and it's in a super nice area. The bus stop is right outside which is super convenient as well. This complex is 10/10!

1350 N.Lake Shore Drive is a clean and well maintained building. The staff is friendly and with 24 hour door person it is a safe environment. The grocery store on the first floor is convenient and well supplied. It is a pet friendly building.

Great apartment. Friendly staff, beautiful views and location. Don't like how they raise the rent without improving anything. Building is old so the thermostat sucks. They charge me for community electric and laundry, guess the 2k in rent doesn't cover that. The common areas are freezing cold in the summer and saunas in the winter. No wonder the bill is so high. No garbage disposal sucks. But the people here are great, door staff is lovely. Room is nice.
