I love living in this community - the staff is great, including maintenance. They're very welcoming if you run into the office, and always try to take good care of the tenant. Also, maintenance issues are always handled quickly.

We have only been here shortly but so far we love it. Our friends have been here for a year and they've loved it as well. We have lived in Carmel at two other places and they were not good experiences so this has been a huge step up. The team here has been great as well.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful city, great access to surrounding amenities like trails, grocery, canoeing and kayaking. Other access to freeways to other areas such as downtown Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

The cost of rent does not seem to equate to the condition of apartments. Have not had good experience with follow-ups to questions from office personnel. Safety is a benefit with property. Would not choose to rent again.

I love the community, it's nice and quiet and is close to amenities such as restaurants and grocery stores. Schools are also close by. We moved in a few days ago, we love it so far. This apartment complex came very recommended by family members who also live here. We love the vale trash pickup

Affordable for the area and friendly staff. I do like the office staff and maintenance staff has always been extremely responsive. We have a very large dog and whenever we need maintenance requests fulfilled, the office is willing to work with us so we can ensure our dog is out of the home. The units are going through being updated and the updates I've seen are nice. The community is extremely walkable and close to several walking paths/trails. I like it here, but I will say if you're on a first floor it will be very loud hearing your upstairs neighbors movements 24/7/365 because of the hard floors they put in every unit.

Always the best staff! The maintenance people are always fast to respond. I don't have a ladder and needed a battery in my smoke detector and maintenance came to put one in. They are always ready to help!

I recently moved into this area, and everything has been going smoothly so far. The maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and provides excellent service. The neighborhood is clean and friendly. However, it's not easy to find a park near your house.
