I've had a positive experience living in this community and truly enjoy my apartment. The office staff and maintenance team are both approachable, easy to communicate with, and consistently responsive whenever questions or concerns arise. It also speaks volumes that many residents choose to stay here long-term, with several neighbors having lived in the community for 5 to 10 years or more. That level of resident retention reflects the overall quality and stability of the community.

I really love the gym! The club house has a printer, which is useful. We love the school system for our kids. We are both close to our jobs, commute is really important. The down side is its so close to shopping centers, I am trying to save money.

Disrespectful staff
I have had an object that appears to be a dead bird that is attracting pigeons located on the ceiling of my balcony for a while now. I called maintenance to come remove a pigeons nest and requested to have the object moved as well. Maintenance refused to remove the object and the pigeons returned to sit and congregate on the object. I requested for maintenance to return to remove the object. A member from the team was heard walking around the inside of my home without announcing himself and exited the home. At the time I was naked and ran to the closet not knowing what was going on because I did not hear a knock and no one asked me to show them where the object was located on my balcony instead they entered my home unannounced and claimed that I was in “the restroom” at the time. I did not receive a phone call and was not notified of any maintenance member coming to my home it was a surprise pop up for a non emergency issue. Now the property manager is harassing me in emails justifying the maintenance members actions and still refusing to have someone remove the object. I have purchased items to keep pigeons off of my balcony but cannot put them out due to this delay. This team will continue to try and enter your home without you being present. They usually call and get information and details and announce when they will arrive but in this case they did not do any of that and appeared to be frustrated with me for calling with another issue. They have no respect for privacy and do what they want when they want while taking a lot of rent money monthly.

This is such a fantastic community for young families and pet lovers. We enjoy living in our community and have a great relationship with our neighborhood's management. There is plenty of green space near our home which is great for our dog.

I had a great experience coordinating a time to tour with Lisa, and she did a great job of showing me around the facilities and giving me an overview of what the community is like, and the services offered through their apartment community. Both she and Jordan made the application process super easy, and the community itself seems like a great place to live.

My experience in this community has been mixed. The townhome itself shows its age, with visible interior issues such as dated finishes, poor insulation, and water?stained ceilings. Cleanliness in common areas is an ongoing concern due to dog waste that often sits for long periods, and package security has been unreliable. Parking is tight, and some amenities, including the gym and valet trash service, do not match the cost of living here. With more consistent maintenance, improved security, and updated amenities, the community could offer a much better resident experience.

Everything is very good. The only complaint is the amount of dog poop everywhere. On sidewalks and the dog park is even worse. Know it's a community issue and not necessarily apartment but needs to be cleaned up.

Staff is efficient and friendly. I have experienced no problems living here. Both office staff and maintenance staff are responsive. Snow removal has been good. Trash pickup is sometimes spotty, even when there is no weather excuse.

Me parece un lugar bueno para vivir, adem?s cuenta con diferentes accesos a piscinas, gym, cancha de basqueball, etc. Cuenta con muchas tiendas y restaurantes a tan solo 5 minutos en veh?culos, super genial!!!

I think that this apartment is very comfortable, in particular maintenance was very quick and perfect. So, I recommend it.I think also that we can get any new information form apartment management member soon.

Very nice , quiet, community with amazing maintenance staff. Apartment condition is good. All the facilities are very good and well maintained. Community location is central, all necessary places are close by.

Maintenance is prompt and always willing to help, and the leasing office does a lot of special events for the residents. The apartments are nice and they keep the green space and dog park clean. Overall a good experience.

Acquiring an apartment in this community is a decision that you will not regret since you have excellent service staff. Besides, you can enjoy a swimming pool, gym, basketball court, club where you can have parties and many other things.

I only just moved into the community, but I can say that the area and apartments are beautiful! The neighborhood is also very quiet. The staff is super nice and accommodating. I can definitely recommend the community!

Overall it's a very nice community, close to many things and very assessable from major roads and freeways. Not happy with pigeons and the constant mess left behind on my vehicle. have starting parking my vehicle elsewhere to avoid the mess

The move-in process was quick and easy. Apartment was clean upon move in. I really enjoy the community aspect of this complex. Feels more 'homey' than other complexes in the area. The amenities are great, and the area is very nice for what I need.

The process of finding an apartment was wonderful. Everyone was helpful with promptly answering questions, viewing the unit and preparing the lease paperwork. They took care of everything and had our apartment ready for move in when we arrived. I highly recommend this community!

Great maintenance and office staff! I would recommend living here to anyone that enjoys not having to worry about maintenance needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The clubhouse, gym and pool are very nice.

The move in process was very easy. I was moving across country from California and they worked with me throughout the drive making sure that I had everything I needed for the move in. The staff helped me in a timely manner with any issues I had during my first few days here.
