Love the staff, floor plans are best in the ci; grounds are well maintained and clean. Clubhouse and pool areas are well maintained and the workout equipment and fitness facilities are easily accessible. Amazon lockers are safe place for packages.

It is well landscaped, pond is very pretty, overall the property is very nice. Parking is good. The Pool is great. Apartments are very nice. Snow removal is great! Good security & well lit at night.

I toured this place already knowing I was wanting to live there. The second I pulled into the parking lot it looked very nice and put together. The moment I walked into the leasing office I was happily greeted by everyone. Through the entire walk through of the apartment all of my questions were answered and Wendy was very kind and she made the entire experience fun!

So far so good. I haven't experienced any issues with anything in terms of waiting a while for maintenance requests. Though I've only had one maintenance request at this point in time. Everyone has been respectful.

Clean and friendly. Staff will always answer the phone and help you when you come in. Making payments is not done through an outside company like other places. Great background checks so you don't have to worry about neighbors. Would like law enforcement discount

Windsor Oaks is a quiet and clean apartment complex. Maintance issues are fixed in a quick timely manner and they always have food trucks in the summer time. This is a great place to live and I feel very safe!

Great so far. Just move in a couple of weeks ago. Had a small issue with my bathroom door handle and it was addressed very quickly. Wendy is very nice and knowledgeable and the maintenance team came quickly the following day to fix the minor issue.

I have been blessed to be a resident here at Windsor Oaks for almost 8 years. The office workers are very kind, professional, receptive and attentive. The maintenance staff are always very prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking!

We have lived here for one year and have really enjoyed the space. We love the gym, pool, and separate entrance ways. One of my favorite parts of living here is being able to walk laps around the complex. Many tenants do the same and it can be a good way to get to know others. The apartments are not very energy efficient in the winters due to large, single pane windows and light insulation. Indiana Michigan power is expensive which is out of the control of the complex. We enjoy having a long walk to the trash compactor for exercise but we often have to help older neighbors with trash because it's too long of a walk for them. With any shared building, you're going to hear your neighbors. If that bothers you, just make sure you live on the second floor. Overall, this is one of our favorite places we've lived!

Great community, I feel very safe here and the staff is wonderful. The atmosphere is very clean and welcoming and the pool is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and very well maintained, as well as the fitness center. All around a great place to live.

Yet here I am having to write or at least dictate 200 characters apparently to be able to satisfy this thing. Oh and this community is great just the survey tool needs an honest update.

Windsor Oaks has nice and spacious apartments, rooms and spaces. Beautiful pool and wading pool in the summer time. Three level play ground with swings and outdoor lounging area nearby to sit and chat while kids play.

This community has been wonderful. No huge issues, other than my bike being stolen after leaving it out on the front porch in the very back of the facility. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Apartments are very nice inside.
