The front office always responds quickly to any emails or messages I leave for them regarding my apartment and the community. They are also quick to complete service requests and most problems encountered are fixed within a few days.

Poor customer service, two cars stolen, and I will be breaking my lease before it's up. The maintenance team as said they have completed this work order twice and it hasn't yet to be completed. And I get sick of talking to AI and not a human when I have complaints. I pay my rent on time and Reflections has gotten BAD!

I had an incredible experience working with Sara, one of the Reflections leasing agents. She was super friendly and welcoming the second I walked into their office. She sat down with me and went over what I was looking to find and any concerns/questions I had. She showed me more than one unit and even walked me through a furnished unit to give me an idea of how I could utilize the space. I was super excited leaving my tour knowing I was going to sign a lease to live there soon. She has been super helpful and responsive through the entire leasing process and I am eager to move in!

Love it here, they are a good apartments even when there are problems they typically resolve the issue promptly. I havent had any issues really like it here a lot this my second unit and 3rd year here

Our experience living in the apartment has been generally positive. The space is comfortable and meets our needs, and maintenance responds when requested. There have been minor issues, but overall it has been a decent place to live.

I have lived here at Reflections for several years and the service has always been excellent. Both the maintenance and office staff have always been courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this community as a great place to live.

This community is so welcoming and the move in was something easier than I thought as a first time renter. The apartment was clean and there were minor issues that were tended to that same day. It's been really amazing and quiet.

you want to be sure to take photos of everything in the apartment. every little nook and cranny before you move your stuff in. my current apartment currently has damages and when assessed it wasn't fixed.

It's a pretty nice community. The areas decent and the rent is affordable when you're on your own. I really like my neighbor's personally whatever I see them they're always very friendly and so is the office and maintenance staff.

It's a good community. The apartments are pretty decent and affordable. I was able to get a short term lease as I am only here for a few months for work. The staff are very nice and welcoming. I would definitely come back and stay here again if I need to for work.

Could be better a survey that also forces people to write a lot isn't very good. Also, why change a convenience fee for paying your tent online? Every apartment community allows their tentants to pay online without charging them a convenience fee

Its a great place to live. Entire staff is awesome. They keep up with the trash, our lawns, the trees and flowers, the pool and all of our requests The office team knows their stuff. Ill be here till i go to a nursing home!!

I have really enjoyed living at this community so far. The management team is always professional and responsive whenever I have a question. The grounds are kept very clean, and I feel like the maintenance team does a great job of handling requests quickly. It is a quiet and comfortable place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment in the area.

it's a great starter apartment, they didn't inform me that my appliances would be different from the unit i originally was assigned but i'm not completely upset at it. overall great apartment if it's just you personally i only needed a studio so just the right amount space.

Great place to live. Maintenance is a tad bit slow on request submitted, but still love the apartment. The apartment manager is sometimes rude, but the other staff in the leasing office is wonderful and helpful

***RENTERS BEWARE!!!***
I wanted an apartment that didn't break the bank as I was only in Indianapolis for work. Pay the extra money to go somewhere nicer and where property managers are not there to take advantage of you. Pictures look really nice! BUT, that doesn't show the real story of this property. I was promised a unit with hard floors (in an email also) and did not get that. Had I not been by myself and in somewhat of a hurry to move in, I would not have accepted it. (That is on me.) I was told that I could put a plastic shopping bag in the trash container until I could get to the store to get actual garbage bags, to then get a $25 penalty fee. Neither the trash company or the apartment would waive the fee even though I was advised it was ok to do AND had just moved in. Since then, I have found out that it isn't the trash company that does the fining. It is the apartment complex. The Reflections will blame the trash company. They will post notes to not leave your garbage out longer than the specified times. However, if it is their cleaners that have left trash out for days on end - without a trash bag and in the common area, it is ok. Oh, the cleaners...when I moved in they were supposed to have cleaned the apartment. They did repaint but, they didn't clean first. The person that lived in this unit must have had one or more dogs...the hair is now in the paint. I cleaned lots of hair and dirt from the bathroom floors. The carpet was supposed to be shampooed. I believe it was shampooed...however, they didn't vacuum prior to. I vacuumed a whole plastic shopping bag full of dog hair from the carpet after it was supposedly cleaned twice. This was supposed to be a "clean and healthy living space". If you want to switch units, you will have to end your lease in the current unit and sign a new lease in the new unit. Penalties apply to end your lease early. (Two months notice, pay those two months rent plus a fee that is equal to two months rent in a cashiers check.) After on and off issues with the smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke in my apartment (I work a safety-sensitive job and get random drug tests.) I would open the kitchen cabinets to be met with a whiff of cigarette smoke coming through from the next building that is attached. The marijuana smoke, I believe, was coming from the unit below mine. It would come through the hot water heater closet and probably other places as well. I bought TWO air purifiers to try to remedy the situation. I ran them at 100% capacity, 100% of the time and they could not touch the smell. It was when I got to work one day and I could smell the marijuana smoke on my clothes that was the last straw for me. I sent emails regarding this issue with no response. I finally went to the office to speak with the "property manager" with many promises of my apartment getting "sealed" so the smoke would no longer enter my apartment - rather than fix the real problem of people smoking illegal substances in the apartment to begin with. After several days of contacting management for any updates on when this "sealing" would happen, they would tell me they would get back to me at the end of the day or whatever they needed to do to get me out of the office. I never received any updates except for one stating they didn't have the materials to seal it off. They were waiting for the materials to come in. Needless to say, the apartment was never sealed off. The marijuana smoke was so bad in my building that someone would open the common door to try to air it all out. (Security issue as the common door is locked with a key fob to get in.) This apartment complex and property management company will take advantage of you in every possible way then can. You MAY get your deposit back but, guaranteed it will not be the whole amount you paid. Even if you left everything in better shape than when you moved in. This was the biggest nightmare I have ever experienced. I have a rental property back home and would never think to treat my tenant in this manner. If you think you will try to bring them to court, think again...tenants have no rights in Indianapolis. It is so unfortunate. I should have paid a little more money to begin with to have an apartment complex that is happy to help you rather than take advantage of you.

Good place, I enjoy my little apartment. I like how you need a key card to get into any building it makes it feel a lot safer. I came in and everything was clean and nice to start. I love that I could bring my cat with me as well

The apartment staff was very nice and friendly and made the move in process seamless. I appreciated the ease and prompt attention to my regard! Was able to move in very quickly. Most apartments take over 3-4 weeks to reach out regarding availability and application acceptance but reflections was very quick with response.

I love living at this apartment complex. It is well maintained inside the apartments as well as outside grounds. The staff is very friendly maintenance team is very helpful. The area is very safe to walk your dog and allow children to play.

We have been here for 6 years so far. The staff members are always courteous and easy to talk to. I love the upgrades made to lighting around the complex grounds. Maintenance men are professional with positive attitudes.

Welcoming...just like I wanted..it feels good to be coming back from work and you have an environment clean,quiet and peaceful then you can proudly say am going home. The maintenance department is also quick to respond.

Reflections Apartment is a great place to stay. The front office is very help and very professional with any information that I need. The maintenance team responds quickly to service request and are thorough in their work. Overall, I would definitely suggest to others to consider living at Reflections Apartments! :)

My experience here at Reflections has been an enjoyable one. The community is kind but also keeps to itself, and the staff has been very supportive and able to be gotten a hold of which in an emergency is clutch. Look forward to more years here.
