I have been living here for a couple of years and find the apartment and community to be great. The office staff is helpful and friendly, they maintain the refuse properly, and there is ample parking. It's a great place!

I am super happy with my apartment, the community is peaceful and quiet. The maintenance staff respond right away, so nice, explain everything, ask if everything is okay. The office staff always answer the phone and respond to whatever my need is.

The community is nice and quiet. The maintenance team do what they can and quickly address request within the interior of the apartments. However, there could be better grounds work that is being done seasonally for regular up-keep of the community. The snow removal is not done at its best quality; leaves are down on the ground past the fall season going into the spring also. There is some work to be done here, but overall, safe community.

I have enjoyed living here. The place is generally quiet and the apartments are some of the best in this area. My only complaint is that the exterior immediately outside your door, walkway, walls etc. are never cleaned. They get very dingy looking.

The maintenance guy was friendly, fast and efficient. He was thorough and explained the problem that I was having and explained how he fixed the problem. He also looked at another complaint that I had and made recommendations.

No comments.I have no comments about the complex. There use to be a time pets were allowed in certain buildings now orts are in all buildings. Not fair to tenants who don't have pets. Should consider that everyone doesn't want to live in buildings wuth dogs barking all day.

Very quiet and peaceful community. The office staff is always on top of any issue that is brought up to them whether it's something major or minor. The office loves to engage with the community by hosting different community nights. I have enjoyed my stay here so far and would recommend to a new renter to check this place out!

Service has been fantastic. The apartment is nice and I like the amenities offered. The rent is just high, which I understand. But everything is expensive now and I want to save for a property eventually. I would say if my lease terms were a little lower.

Nice place to live employees are courteous and very efficient. Have never had any issues with the property employees or other tenants. It is a very quiet and friendly complex. Property is cared for and any work requested is done quickly and efficiently.

My experience has been good so far. It just disappointed at the increase in rent every year that I have been here. Also I would like to see some improvement with the landscape for my building has there is no plants just weeds in the area plants should be.

Repair work completed immediately. Close to shopping, schools and churches. Pleasant office personnel. Grounds kept clean and well maintained. Garbage kept in a special area and removed regularly by collection company

I enjoy everyday living in this community. Office and maintenance staff are always quick to assist residents. I have lived here for 10 years. The grounds are kept clean and neat. I feel safe here when I move about the community day or night. I love the gym and pool, or outdoor activities here. Love it here!

I love it here I plan on renewing my lease it's quiet and peaceful ,and the apartments are spacious, and affordable. I don't think you find this kind of apartments anywhere else they have nice amenities and they are adding a new look for the apartment complex.I can't wait to see the new apartments once the construction is over.I will renew for another 15 months.

I really liked living in this community as my first apartment. I highly recommend for first time apartment renters! A one bedroom apartment is definitely not enough space if you have alot of stuff like me!

Prompt courteous service with both the office mgt staff & Maurice. Even tho repair wasn't an emergency it was dealt with same day. My skittish terrier Cooper even met Maurice & let him scratch his ears! A dog senses a good person immediately.

Thank you for you inquiry. Our residents is responsible in putting the gas and electric into their names, renter insurance and internet. The additional monthly charges of the water and sewer is paid with the rent. The trash is included with the rent. If you have not visit our beautiful community we would love to give you a tour.
