The office staff does a great job, they made my move in to my first apartment so painless. When i down sized into a smaller apartment they were so helpful and made it an easy transition. they are easy to talk to and have been able to take care of any issues that come up. and the maintenance staff is great, they are very friendly and get the issue resolved quickly.

I absolutely love my apartment home! The community is great, and I love the sense of community that all the events give the residents! Maintenance is always super quick, and they always get everything done correctly. You never have to worry about being left alone in a situation either which is awesome. I would recommend these apartment homes to my family or friends.

Megan was very friendly and knowledgable. Good location and the pool is being renovated; should be nice when it is finished. Many apartments to choose from. Ceilings/floors are cement so noise should not be a factor.

I was deeply disappointed that I was unable to speak directly with a manager to gain clarity regarding my credit status. I was never informed of the specific credit requirements in advance, only later told that I did not meet them. When I respectfully requested to speak with a manager for further explanation, the leasing agent was kind and professional, though clearly placed in an uncomfortable position. She relayed that the manager was unavailable due to a meeting and that, unless I was prepared to enter the building with a $50,000 check, no conversation would be had. What made this particularly disheartening is that I genuinely loved the property and was both capable and prepared to move forward. However, the lack of communication, interaction, and basic courtesy ultimately led me to seek housing elsewhere. I hope future prospective tenants are treated with greater professionalism and respect, as no one should feel dismissed when simply seeking clarity.

We really enjoy the community of Lakes of Valparaiso. Whenever we had a problem, they are quick to respond and resolve the issue. They have many things to do in this area, a great pool and club house. The apartments are also close to everything in Valparaiso.

Terrible place to leave. Management are liars.

This apartment has been the absolute worst experience. For over a year we dealt with upstairs neighbors disrupting our quality of life. Management finally started to take us seriously after we took 20+ videos of the noise. Management offered to let us change units without a transfer fee or terminate the lease without any penalty. I accepted the second offer. We did this verbally and in writing. Now that I am actually trying to move out, management is going back on their word and trying to charge us a penalty fee. They are nothing but liars here.

Very nice complex apartments. Everything inside the apartments are brand new. Super helpful leasing specialists. Would highly recommend this complex. The only reason I decided to lease somewhere else was the pre-leasing payments. I'm a student and they were additional costs I could not afford right now. Otherwise, everything was great.

Community is new, so it looks nice! However, the countertops get dirty quickly and it's hard to clean. One thing that for sure needs improvement is people should pick up after their dogs when taking them on a walk.

The apartments are very nice and very quiet. Maintenance staff is great and always get things done immediately and professionally. Grounds maintenance is not very good and pet control is never enforced.

Parking is sub par. Many units with younger/multiple roommates and visitors preventing people who actually live there to have decent parking. On many occasions I have had to walk clear to the other side of the building to park. There is also a car that has been parked in the same spot with flat tires for the last 6 months.
