Experience so far living in this apartment complex is great. Staff is very friendly, maintenance comes and fixes anything that you need fixed. It is quiet and lots of parking. We have had no issues since being here. Overall great place and highly recommend

It's been an overall great experience. I've had some issues that I feel have not been taken seriously and have been blown off. Office staff and matinance are great. It's just when issues arise sometimes they aren't as willing to take care of them.

The reason I chose this house is because of the good gym and pool facilities and the good security.My core worker also lived there with his family and it looked like a lot of fun, so I wanted to live there too.

Community is very nice and staff are responsive. The apartments are fairly new and well laid out with 9' ceilings. These are expensive apartments but are nice so worth it. General clients are quiet with typical noise from apartment neighbors and kids.

So far it has been very pleasant.i think it is a safe place to live. I have had zero issues with safety and security. It is nice and peaceful here at the apartment complex. It is so quiet. The birds Chip throughout the day into the evening. We could definitely do without the geese that seem to like it here.

I absolutely love it here. The facility is great. The people are great. I hardly ever need maintenance but when I do, it's fast and efficient. The staff is wonderful. I love my apartment. I'm a happy camper.

Friendly front office staff, complex has a nice appearance & is maintained well. Neighbors were not pleasant and if I could live in another building I would. The actual I1 unit that I live in is nice, spacious & we've had very few issues. Brand new carpet when we moved in. Nice bathrooms & we had a private entrance. I would 100% sign again however I am moving to Houston for work. Overall highly recommend Lakes of Valpo

Apartments are clean and up to day with their style. They are spacious and have a nice open floor plan which makes the kitchen and living feel like a great area to socialize. It is nice having the tall ceilings as well.

Took week to get internet n had to use clubhouse area. It was good internet and everyone friendly Satellite service obsolete Grounds look horrible as who ever plowed did horrible destruction to lawns. Dog feces in my area bad

The experience here has been phenomenal! Maintenence and the office have been super kind and the neighbors are great. No complaints here and one major thing my husband and I looked for prior to moving was parking avilability, and theres a ton. LOV is great!

Leasing Office hours are terrible-3 star ratting My suggestion to the hours of office is Start the concierge service again! Maybe a sauna or steam room should be added to the fitness area! Overall awesome place to live!

The apartment shown to me had bloodstains on the walls and I was told that a two foot square by one foot was a patio. Only Jessica was friendly and helpful, the rest of the staff created a hostile atmosphere. I highly recommend to stay away from this community. I found a friendlier, amazing apartment community with an outstanding rent cost as well as attached garage for less than what Lakes was asking for just an apartment with no parking and no balcony/patio.

Super staff. Safe community. Friendly people. Well maintained properties and grounds. The Lakes is near to stores, gas stations and entertainment. I'm happy living here. My neighbors are respectful. I appreciate feeling safe and even walking at night. I have no issues or complaints.

It's fun and relaxing. Everyone is nice (staff and neighbors). I work for the City events board so living at this location make it extremly easy to commute. The Lakes are perfect distance from downtown.
