Staff is very friendly and responsive to requests. Units are spacious and amenities are very nice. I had a large deck with a pretty view of the pond. Gym is great and was never too busy/crowded. Lots of dog in the neighborhood:) I enjoyed living at LOV and would recommend to others.

While looking for an apartment near Valparaiso, LOV appeared to be the nicest apartment community in the area. I have to admit that some of the negative reviews had me scratching my head. The main criticisms I saw were poor apartment construction, noise level and Apartment staff not courteous. In the month I've lived here, I haven't experienced any of the negatives. Its a great community with modern amenities. The location is excellent. Its a great place.

A great place to live. Club house, pool, puppy park, tennis, volleyball, basketball, bike trails. Office staff and maintainance staff are great. I would highly recommend Lakes of Valparaiso for the best place to live.

This is a great community to live in that is close to businesses but gives you the look and feel of privacy away from populated areas. They really put thought into the high end finishes and keeping the properties maintained. I really enjoy that you can make your space your own by decorating and painting to your style preferences. That's important especially in recent times where many of us were working remotely more than ever before.

Lakes of Valpo is a wonderful community. We are in our 3rd year here and I love it. The neighbors are amazing and the staff is great! They are always great and respond extremely quick if there is ever a problem.

LOV is awesome! My experience was amazing from the minute I stepped on the premises. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and reachable. I was immediately sold on moving here after my tour. Move in went so smoothly. My apartment was very clean, and LOV even left a welcome basket for me!

It has been terrific so far, enjoy the walking area and gym. Very comfortable space and enjoying the high ceilings. The gas range is nice touch and cooks very well. Lights could and should be hung free of charge, and not sure I agree with property policy on that.

So far my time has been awesome great place to love and raise a family. Complex has so many interesting things to do. They have a great gym along with great entertainment. All major highways, toll roads, grocery stores are near.

We have lived here for nearly two years and we love it. It's quiet, convenient (just off IN-49 Vale Park exit), and clean. The property is very well kempt, the neighbors are friendly, and the amenities are worth the price (relative to the market).

Nice apartments, spacious and the grounds are well kept. Clubhouse is clean and various things to do. Pool is well maintained with little cabanas and shallow end for kids. Feels like it's a step above everyone else in the area.

very friendly staff who are truly concerned with your comfort and take any issues wuickly and seriously. maintenance staff are awesome, polite, and know what they're doing. snow removal is a huge plus and those guys work non-stop to keep parkinglots and sidewalks clear and safe

Just moved here. So far nice. Parking can be a problem. If you are lucky you might find a space close to your building. otherwise you walk. Not fun with a carload of groceries in the cold and snow. Each apartment gets two spaces, but not necessarily where you need them to be.

The lakes it's a great place to live. The grounds are very well lit and always kept up. The maintenance staff is on top of any issues, I've never waited longer tha 24hrs for a repair. The front office staff has always been very kind and helpful, and the residents seem to all be very friendly. I really have no complaints!

Just moved in, and so far I absolutely love it! I actually signed a lease here before I had even seen the property, so I was terribly nervous. When I saw my apartment I felt relieved. LOV is the best!

Happy with service, maintenance very knowledgeable about services. Called and very quickly responded within 15 minutes. Technician knew what to do and quickly corrected problem. He had previously come and already was famine with system.

Nice floorplans, maintenance staff excellent, workout room is great, and pet friendly. I have recommended the community to several people, all of whom have become residents. The only issue is parking.

Great apartment if you can afford it. Not something I would recommend for a young couple or family. Have to pay for dish network even if you don't use it, our frontier internet has gone out 3x in 6 months and is very slow, pool and bathrooms were always dirty during the summer, we live on the bottom floor so frequently have bugs and spiders in our apartment, our neighbors are extremely loud & often smell marijuana through the vents. Have also had a maintenance person walk in our apartment without notice, while in the shower. While it is a beautiful apartment & great location, simply not worth the investment.

Its expensive to live here but nice and safe. Landscaping can use more upkeep. Office staff is friendly, Im sad that Tricia left though. Clubhouse access could be more accessible and not closed off if the office is closed.

I really enjoy living here! The apartments and area is safe, well lit, updated, well kept, and enjoyable to live at! The pool rules are ridiculous, but everything else I've been happy with! I renewed my lease for another year.

It's been great. No issues or problems that aren't solved. Rent does increase is yearly it seems which is difficult to handle sometimes but quality of living area is great for the area. Staff is fantastic and neighbors all very nice.

The head of office staff seems very unapproachable and impersonal. When asking any question I get the vibe that I annoyed or offended her. The complex could use some more parking spaces. I can only imagine how the snow will affect the current availability of parking.
