I saw a review and I was going to write one about how hard it is to park there. I just moved out recently and lived on the 1st floor and could barely deal with all the chemicals they were spraying around the building and on the lawn. I've lived in other apartments on 1st floors never had any problems. Maintenance won't pull any weeds and constantly sprays weekly chemicals and it smells like a toxic waste. I had headaches and decided to move

Don't move here! The office manager is rude and the leasing agents are unprofessional. The whole place is nothing but a toxic waste dump of chemicals. Multiple friends of mine had their dogs getting sick because they're too lazy to pull any weeds out and dump way too much weed killer and and pesticides everywhere . Very unhappy and unhealthy place to live

Only been here a week, but so far we are loving the community. Staff has been wonderful. Neighbors have been welcoming. Seems like a great place for us to slow down and raise our family. Looking forward to many years here.

This place is nice and quiet and is located conveniently close to the downtown area as well as the highway. The process of applying and signing the lease was made easy by the helpful staff and I would recommend this location to anyone.

I do not like the security measures that are falsely placed in the security doors to make you think that they work. I have gotten packages stolen and went to the office to see if they can look at security footage and I was told they are fake.

Very well maintained. Property kept clean. Responses are on time and problems or requests handled diligently. Sometimes owners don't clean up after pets. There have been a couple of vehicles with very loud mufflers

I feel very safe living here and I know that the management is very responsive to any of my needs or concerns. The facilities are updated and clean, and there are a variety of amenities offered within the community.

The complex is fairly new with a lot of amenities. It is a very spacious and open property with walking trails and natural settings within the complex. it is well staffed with both management and maintenance staff. The property is a very well maintained property. I have only been here a short time but I enjoy the community very much.

This is a very nice community, I wish there were more social activities available, but unfortunately, we all have to deal with this pandemic. I feel very safe and it is quiet. I feel like you get exactly what you pay for and more at times.

Just moved on August of 2021 and everybody have been so amazing . I love living here . It's so beautiful . The 1 bedrooms are very spacious. This is my first apartment by myself and i have more than enough room

We love driving home to such a beautiful apartment complex. We feel like we are leaving the stress of life at the door when we enter our wonderful apartment. Our apartment faces the ravine, which I thought i would not like. In fact, I love it. It makes our apartment feel more like a single family home.

The LOV community feels very safe and welcoming. Friendly and respectful neighbors. Dog friendly with several doggy bag stations around the grounds. Clean and welcoming gym and pool as well as other recreational areas. Staff is professional and responds quickly.

I like and appreciate the maintenance and office staff. In my opinion, the neighbors were, for the most part not friendly to me. Neighbors I have seen peering through my shades when they are opened. However, this is a safe and secure place. Which in itself is refreshing.

Just moved in, not really sure how living here is going to go! It's very small, a lot of scratches and dings on everything! A lot of cobwebs and goose droppings! Painting is not completed in the whole apartment!

We love living here! The staff are always helpful and the residents here are kind and friendly. The amenities are also top notch. The location is also ideal for those who love a small town atmosphere.

It's been great staff and maintenance has always been on there toes for any help that I may or may not need. Management has always kept me up to date with a news or alerts going on in the community via text messaging.

We have found living here to be very nice. The buildigs and grounds are maintaned very well. The staff is very professional and friendly.The people who live here very nice. We would recommend The Lakes of Valparaiso to anyone who would like to live a quite, carefree life.

Safe community. Very nice layout in apartment with attached garage. Modern clean look. Natural areas for birds etc. Well maintained community. It's nice they allow pets and there are places to walk them.

Really like living here. Everyone (staff) are very caring, and take the extra time to help out if there are any problems. Big or small. This will be my third year here, and I don't plan on going anywhere.

This is a nice place to live. Modern amenities in the apartments. The neighbors are polite and quiet. The communal parts of the apartments are kept clean. There are 2 locks on each apartment door in addition to fob entry to get into each building. You will find people walking dogs every day around the well kept property. Huge upgrade from the last place I lived. I'm hoping my rent doesn't skyrocket when it comes time to renew.

The Staff is always upbeat, friendly and professional. They make you feel at home and not like a bother, which is truly appreciated. I love the communication going thru text messages, whether it is to alert me of the office hour changes, pool opening, plowing, package at the office or any updates needed. Place is always kept clean in the buildings and outside. Very quite overall and haven't scene one police car in the complex in the 15 months I have been there.

All the office staff except Tricia should be replaced because lack of knowledge and professionalism. Maintenance and Grounds are awesome. Stop putting paper on my door that say you paid your rent early. It looks bad and you save paper by sending an electronic message.

I love my apartment home... the paint, the fixtures, the appliances, the carpet, the flooring... it truly is "home." That is perhaps one of the main reasons I moved here and plan to stay. However the COVID restrictions have been over-the-top, without any reimbursement for rent to list amenities. The staff has been rude and legalistic, instead of kind and compassionate and science-based.
