Moving at the age of 24 for the first time to this apartment complex was the best decision. They act as a community and are very friendly. Everything you need is here or five minutes away. Any maintenance issues are fixed within twenty four hours. I love that they take the time to text you with events, office hours, or if you have a package at the office. I have already recommended this apartment complex to a friend and will continue to.

Exceptional service and quality all around. From the kind and courteous front desk, to the fast, knowledgeable, and friendly maintenance staff! I love my apartment and all the amenities! I would definitely recommend this community to a friend or family members.

An exceptional community compared to other apartments in the area. From the quiet surroundings to the polite front office, The Lakes of Valparaiso has surpassed any and all expectations of apartment living.

It has been good. Nice and quiet. Rent is a little high but there are not any comparable options in the are. They do a good job with snow and ice in the winter. Good community center hours. Parking seems scarce recently

Living at the Lakes has been great. My wife and I were new to the area after graduating college and are more than happy with our experience here. We've always felt safe, and love having a pool in the summer. The gym is always clean and a great option for working out. Would highly recommend for recent college grads moving to the area.

Excellent apartment community. The furnishings are state of the art and the apartment design creates an excellent living space. The community itself is very clean and well maintained and the office staff is very helpful and responsive.

Surrounding apartment complexes should seriously begin taking notes on the professionalism and punctuality of the staff at Lakes of Valpo. During the transition process from complexes, Kelley (and Kelley alone) has been more helpful and prompt than the entire staff of the complex we are leaving. Combine that aspect with the phenomenal amentities and upkeep, LOV is the number one destination for apartment living in the area.

My experience at the Lakes has been wonderful all around. It's been like living in my own personal vacation resort except I get to do it year round. The staff, from the office to the maintenance team, is always professional and caring. I can't say enough good things about the Lakes of Valparaiso.

The Lakes of Valparaiso is a great living community. One of the best luxury apartment communities in NWI. The staff is great and friendly. Inside the apartments are very quiet and you feel like you're living in your own home!

I like it here, so far so good. I can't wait till summer comes, so I can experience the pool, And the clubhouse . My experience so far has been pleasant and kind. When summer arrives I know it will be great.

I really like living here. Quality apartments, good staff, wonderful amenities. My only complaint is that the apartments are quite expensive. I consider the benefit from living these apartments outweigh the cost.

The maintenance staff is not professional and there is a lack of follow through. They also prefer to bandaid than repair. Randy has failed multiple times to do what he's been asked and gossips about residents to others living in the community

Nice, friendly staff, excellent amenities. Upscale apartments and great community. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. I have enjoyed my time here and plan to continue to live here for awhile longer.

Excellent and safe environment. We love being here my kids and I consider this to be home and we can't wait to enjoy and continue enjoying the community and all the events that are offered here at Lakes of Valparaiso.

I had a great experience until it was ruined by frontier. I am unable to even FaceTime with this atrocious internet provider. Please let me know if I have the ability to change providers. Streaming is impossible and making simple FaceTime calls is impossible.

The complex is in a lovely setting, well kept and private. There is ample opportunity to meet other residents, if one chooses to do so. The complex is near Valpo"s newest shopping. area and near our health care facilities.It is also close to several interstates thereby making travel to Chicago, Indianapolis and/or South Bend extremely easy. It's a great place to b a part of!

This is a great place to live. The property is beautiful and the inside of the apartment is very nice, Everything was new in the apartment when we moved in. I love the fact that the apartment is very quiet as well.

The staff is very nice and the grounds are beautiful. I love that there is no weight restriction on pets. The pool and outdoor areas are gorgeous. They had a three bedroom available just when we needed one.

The entire complex is new and beautifully maintained. The staff is very friendly and great to work with. In addition the location is great. I particularly love that you can have an apartment with private entrance.

The move-in process was incredibly easy - from touring the community, filling out the application, communicating with the staff, etc. The staff members are friendly & accommodating. The unit, itself, is clean, well-designed, & spacious. The clubhouse is immaculate & intriguing for all residents to enjoy.

Recently moved in......accommodations are excellent, staff and maintenance top notch, and our apartment is very spacious and quiet. Our apartment complex is located off the beaten path, but is conveniently located near the business and restaurant sections of town.

Great atmosphere, staff extremely helpful. Grounds very well maintained and clean. A higher standard than most apartments. We are extremely pleased with our decision to move to The Lakes of Valparaiso.

It has been great so far, the application process is rigorous. But the staff is professional, I'll have to see the process of getting a pet accepted to make further comments on that. Other than that the units themselves feel comfortable and welcoming.

We had no issues the first year and really enjoyed living here but the second year we got a $500 fine staying we have pets in our apartment so that was really bad they never contracted us first before slapping us with that fine ( WE DO NOT AND DID HAVE ANY PETS) and the use of amenities is just terrible.
