Very quite, appears to be well maintained, staff very pleasant and accommodating, road ways wide, parking spaces good size for larger vehicles. Have only lived here 1 week and feel safe and comfortable

My experience has been amazing so far! The community is safe and well maintained. It's visually pleasing to look at and great for entertaining guest! I also enjoy the outdoor entertainment area: large pool, large outdoor TV and grilling area!

The apartments are spectacular. There has been a previous tenant in the apartment that I rented but the apartment looked brand new when I moved in. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They even left a little welcome gift from a local chocolate shop. Everything within the complex is within walking distance, including the clubhouse where the fitness center and pool are located.

So far it's amazing-staff and maintenance are super nice and prompt and helpful. The apartments are beautiful. I hope it stays that way as time goes on and they don't raise the rent too much year to year. Great location by car but not really close bus service in case of bad weather. Diverse and more professional residents.

The Lakes of Valpo is a nice community that is a close drive to everything in Valpo. The amenities are great. The wildlife is plentiful. We've seen a ton of turtles, blue heron, ducks, and geese. It can be a little pricey but it's a nice community that is worth the money.

This is a great community. The apartment is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. The only downside I have found is the Dish network. I have a 3 bedroom apartment and only allowed to have the service in the livingroom and master bedroom.

Great living environment, we are new to Indiana and we see that is quiet and peaceful in this apartment complex. It's like living in your own house because of how it looks and with no noise problems. This place is awesome

Everyone was so professional and helpful. The staff was friendly, responded quickly to questions and made sure we had everything necessary upon moving in. The amenities we have come at an incredible value, making the Lakes of Valparaiso the obvious choice for quality apartment living in Northwest Indiana.

Very lovely community. Staff is inviting. Appearance of the grounds is beautiful. Quiet and peaceful. My apartment was very clean upon move in. Recreational facilities are a great addition and up to par.

One of the best apartment complexes in the area, top notch facilities. Really fantastic pool, sports, dog park areas as well as fantastic clubhouse. Lots of other residents have dogs and residents are friendly. Would recommend.

Great apartment and amenities. Office staff is very responsive to maintenance issues. Would like to see rent be lower considering it's just as much as a mortgage, if not more, but it's one of the best apartment communities in Valpo.

The staff a stuck trying to maintain a community that was built too quickly and that has too many residents to be able to offer a level of service required for the amount of rent paid. No one is at fault, the condition just doesn't match the expense.

Very updated and clean. New appliances are a nice touch. Third floor ceilings are breathtaking. Amnemities are top notch. If your active and outdoorsy, this is the place for you! Family oriented and pet friendly.

Super clean and updated apartments. The staff has been wonderful so far and there are a ton of amenities that you have access too. Pool, grilling station, dog park, car wash station and thats just to name a few. You get what you pay for at The Lakes of Valparaiso

People are wonderful, The apartments & overall community feels Like a small resort. Staff always respond in a professional & timely manner. Perfect amount of amenities for all ages. Also Location is right outside of town while 5 minutes from major retail stores

Very nice place. Apartments are spacious , kitchen and bathroom are very sizeable also. At this apartment complex , youre paying for what you get. They have done 3 maintenance check ups and ive only currently been living here for 8 months, theyll inform you when theyre coming also.

Overall it had been enjoyable. The gym could be better. But all the other facilities are seriously amazing. Rent is pricey. But you get a lot of great things for the price. If my rent was cheaper, I'd renew for sure. Down side is the cost to have a pet here is outrageous. With a deposit of $500 and $50 per pet added on. It's way too much. Other places have the pet cost basically cut in half.

Not exactly what I expected. We are infected with young parents and singles who have no regard for other people. The apartments are noisy and neighbors have no control over their kids. Now that the pool is open you really get to see how blatantly everyone disregards the rules. I regret moving here.

We have loved everything about this community so far. The office has been very helpful and the maintenance staff is wonderful. We are looking forward to attending some of the community events coming up soon.

The customer service and maintenance service has been great. They are quick to respond to issues presented to them. I have not had any issues outside of when I first moved in but with a brand new apartment, you can expect a few glitches.

Overall experience has been great at the Lakes of Valpo. Maintenance and office staff overall are attentive and proactive. The grounds and units are well maintained and always clean. Lots of amenities to enjoy!

Positive experience. Maintenance staff is excellent and quick to respond. Grounds are kept clean and well taken care of. Great fenced in dog park for letting your dog run. Very good appliances including washer and dryer. Overall experience at the Lakes has been very good.
