Great place to live!!

I had never lived an apartment before, was moving from a different part of the state, and was going through one of the worst times of my life. I was so stressed out on move in day, but the office staff was incredibly supportive! They helped me so much! They really do care about their residents. Any issue I have is addressed and resolved in a very timely manner. The maintenance staff are great and happy to help as well! The apartment was very updated and clean, and I’m hard to impress. The pool area is one of the best features. The other residents are quiet, respectful, and friendly! Many that I have met have lived her for years. I’m very glad I chose to live here!

This has been a great place to live! We live in a one bedroom apartment. A beautiful community with lots to enjoy and do. Management is always quick to respond to any sort of maintenance request or issue we may have. Great place to live!

From first entering the facility, to leaving our new hope to be home, we had smiles on our faces. Our Lease Coordinator, Jessica, did a great job of hearing our needs and identifying the best place for us to call our new home. She listened to our concerns and was able to adjust availability based on those needs. Wonderful experience!

Great apartment living. Quick repairs if needed. Staff is quick to respond. Returns calls quickly. Only down fall is there is not enough parking. Upkeep on grounds could be a little improved. I would definitely recommend.

This is by far the best apartment complex in northwest Indiana. I feel the quality of life here is great and there is SO much to do! You have the downtown life without living in a busy city! It's great!

The Lakes was very helpful in communicating to me what was required for move in. They're application process is a little more detailed but this goes along with the quality that you are paying for with these apartments. My move in process went really smooth and easy.

I enjoy this community. I do hear my upstairs neighbors often but I think the facilities here are nice. It's worth the price if you use amenities. When I moved in, I wish they had a professional cleaner here before I got here because baseboards and screens were dirty and there's hairs painted into walls and window sills.

I've really enjoyed living here for nearly 3 years already! It's hard to find an apartment complex that feels safe and somewhere you can be proud to live. I enjoy living here! The only downfalls are the water is really hard and leaves a white film on everything and they don't heat the pool, which make it far less enjoyable to be in. I still don't understand why I can't have pets in my building unless they're service animals, when I'm the closest building to the dog park. It's just is a nonsense rule. Everything else is great! I hope they extend the pool hours too. Definitely plan on renewing again, because it's the nicest apartment community in Valpo and the staff is great!

I love my apartment at Lakes of Valparaiso. It always feels totally safe and secure. I love seeing people out walking their dogs or playing basketball on the courts. It's such a welcoming environment and the apartments are beautiful. Maintenance requests are always filled super quickly and the office staff is always friendly

Maintenence is prompt and I like the long business hours. Veru quite community and the facility is great. There are enough parking spaces and nice amenities. My only complaint was so high price of rent.

quiet living arrangements. Not very noisy, traffic flow is not a problem, no loud vehicles in the complex. Keep it that way, typically snow is removed fairly quickly. Office staff is great, I appreciate their friendliness and helping me when needed.

I had a great experience touring the community with Sabrina! She did an amazing job at providing tons of information regarding the community, amenities, and features in the apartments.
