The buildings and the grounds are very well maintained. I've been extremely impressed with how quickly and how well the roads and parking areas are cleared when we've had snow. My apt. unit is nicely laid out and the bedroom and walk-in closet are huge - great selling points!

Love my apartment I just hate that the rent goes up every year. It's already pretty pricey which is worth it but for it to go higher yearly forces one to move out in a short time. The parking is about the worst of all but other than that it's an Awesome place to live

I have loved the community and building as a whole. The rent can be pricy if you only making minimum wage. But other then that great place to live and safe too. I have especially loved the care and delignece of the office staff.

Staff was always helpful in providing accurate information regarding the clubhouse, snow plows, Covid safety precautions, etc. I loved living here and would definitely recommend to my friends looking for apartments. The price is a little high, but you pay for what you get.

These apartments are in a great location - easy access to everything you would want. The units are fairly new and well maintained. The staff is great, and we are astonished at all the community communication that comes from the management team. We hardly ever hear our neighbors unless someone accidentally slams a door, and we're in a pet-friendly building. Our view is absolutely perfect - especially with dogs - we can see the marsh and all it's wildlife from our living room and balcony - great built-in entertainment for pups.

The community is very nice. There are nice amenities that are well taken care of. Maintenance from my experience responds promptly. This is a large community, however, I never feel as if it is too crowded. There is a pretty park/recreational area where people gather when it is nice outside. Overall I am very satisfied.

I have never lived in a Luxury Apartment Living or Apartment so I have nothing to compare it to. We moved here so everything was taken care of. We are at that age we don't want to mow the lawn or shovel the snow.

I have only been living in my community for a week. But so far I have felt very much at home. The employees at the clubhouse have been very kind to me on the phone and when I have walked in to ask questions. I have met a few neighbors and they have said hello to me. Also my building is very clean and attractive. The neighbors are extremely quiet and I feel very happy that I have made the choice to live here.

Nice community. Needs some improvements. Rent is high and not enough Amenities for the cost. Sometimes too noisy from upstairs neighbor and no consideration (it sounds like he is dropping a bowling ball at times.

Everyone is very helpful!! It's a very quiet place. I love all the amenities and the social opportunities. I love that each apartment has appliances that comes with it. Only complaint that I have is parking is an issue at my building. So far I've really enjoyed living here

Beautiful community and perfect place for living.. all the apartments are modern and luxurious with amenities like club house and swimming pool.. All the lakes around makes it the best place in Valparaiso.

I had an ok experience till the end which I read about on the reviews which I should've listened. Stay away from this place if you can highway crooks. They charged me for an issue that I didn't cause, and kept my security deposit. After going back and fourth with management I felt like they wanted to get the apartment fixed on my dime. Stating that the carpet was old prior to me leasing there and didn't have much carpet life left.

I would not recommend living here. For a place boasting luxury accommodations you won't find that here. There is little privacy as you can hear EVERYTHING that people above you do. The buildings and construction are not up to the quality you would expect. I wrote a review earlier about the experiment but would encourage you to look elsewhere for your own sanity

This is a Beautiful location, just keep in mind that the noise level when renting a downstairs apartment can get very annoying. I think they should consider this when renting to parents with small children.

The place looks nice, but there are multiple frustrations I have with living here. Not every door has a sidewalk so you could definitely run through mud before entering your apartment. They also want to determine how far your dog can pee from the buildings, as if that's really easy to do. Rent is very high and some maintenance isn't even attended to. Fancy appliances, fancy buildings, nice community, but the price is not justifiable.

Everyone there was so nice. We were in a crunch to get moved in earlier than what it usually takes to get accepted but Tricia got us approved in a very short amount of time. The place is beautiful and all the ammenities are amazing like the pool, gym, etc. The rent is reasonable when you compare it to other apartments and the quality you receive. Overall, very happy with our choice!

Great community! Beautiful buildings, neighbors not so friendly, staff is all wonderful. The pool and clubhouse that is offered is very nice. The location is great, somewhat costly but worth the price .

They don't take care of maintenance issues that could cost them money. I am still using a fridge that either freezes items or is close to the point where they will spoil and am told it works fine. A water bottle was frozen in the fridge for over a month and Angela the residential manager for Weiss entities told me that water can take a while to thaw in the fridge.... Pete the maintenance manager refuses to call me to inform me of the status of my maintenance issues. My windows are impossible for my wife to lock and I am only told that they are difficult and there is nothing they can do. I'm a 170lb 6 foot man and can sometimes get all the windows to close if it's not cold outside and the building hasn't shrunk. I also have a minimum of 10kw more power use then I should have and the only thing the managent has done is to tighten connections in the breaker panel and said they can't find a issue so I am stuck paying $30+ a month for power I don't use. Bought a power meter and will get resolution to this issue. Also the lakes should be rebranded as the swamps since they only have stagnant algae filled water during summer. Maintenance staff and front desk are nice and courteous but management needs work!
