A friendly, helpful service is always provided. I live here alone and as a result, I really appreciate the efforts made to create a community feel to the complex. I love the events that are planned every month. They really add to my feelings of belonging to this community.

The apartment homes are newly built with good amenities. Office staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Friendly neighbors. Pretty quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend these apartment homes.

Staff is friendly and always extremely helpful! When there is ever a problem they make sure to take care of it right away. Definitely made the right choice when choosing where to move! If anyone is looking for a place to live I'd recommend Lakes of Valparaiso.

Not a bad place to live if you are older. If you are young and want to have friends over late into the weekend you can expect to get the cops called. I think they should gear certain buildings towards the younger crowd.

I just moved in within the past couple of weeks, so far very pleased with the staff and service. The location is extremely convenient and fits both my personal and professional needs. Everything is well maintained and the grounds offer a plethora of entertainment and remote-work options.

Very nice place to live, convenient to local shopping and restaurants, easy access to major highways and interstates, offer attached garages, outstanding community features and pool area, state of the art exercise equipment.

Beautiful complex. The pool and patio area are beautiful. We love the clubhouse area and the activities they have often for residents. We love that the snow is cleared quickly and walks are shoveled and salted.

Great apartment with very nice amenities. Very clean and very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to rent. Close to everything. Been very happy over past year living here. Just build basketball courts with dog park.

In my opinion, the location is perfect: very close to highways and shopping, but still a country feel. The amenities, and quality and layout of the apartments are outstanding. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and responsive.

I found the apt dark, needed a screen door on patio, I'm concerned you use a lot of pesticides and are not environment-friendly. Snow removal for outside parking poor during those last heavy snowfalls.

I'm new and have had no time due to work to spend in or around the community. I look forward to getting to know my neighbor and having some quality time with friends and staff. From what I have seen Valparaiso is an exceptional area with all the shopping close by.

Maintenance staff awesome. Office staff very friendly. The amenities are very nice. The social events are wonderful. Could use a few more maybe. The community is very pet friendly and the dog park is great

Very upscale high quality interiors. Quiet safe community. Prices below comparable units in the Chicago land area. Very well organized, tenants are high income individuals, most of them professionals. Highly recommend.

We've had a great experience living here. The office staff and maintenance team are always helpful and take care of any problems right away. The gym, pool, clubhouse and other areas are well maintained and clean. The units themselves are large and comfortable. With all the amenities, I think it is a great value living here.

Several instances of mold found in new construction. Office staff are rude and incompetent. Poor construction quality and high level of interior noise. Conference room is available for residents but has no WiFi access and staff are unwilling to assist with issues

I Love living here! Great staff, great maintenance. Peaceful Environment! I am new to the area, and everything you could possibly need is within 3-7 miles around you in any direction. Healthcare, Dental, eye services, Walmart, dining, churches, pharmacy. I can go on and on!

Love the apartment. Wish there would of been assigned parking spaces. Also having more considerate pet owners taking responsibilty of their pets. The location is excellent! Love that we have such great walking trails.

This is a very nice place to live. Good quality apartments. Very friendly staff. And a club house with everything you could ask for. Maintenance is very quick and will respond just as fast. Also tons of options for apartments. I used to live in the Masters and this by far is the best experience I've had.

I have enjoyed the community and amenities here at Lakes of Valparaiso. The fitness center is nice and the office staff is always extremely friendly. I wish that they would keep the open entry to my building a little bit cleaner.

Everything about this place is great. The apartments are in excellent condition. The appliances are all new and in good working order. The grounds are well kept. The neighbors are all quiet and respectful of each other.

The Lakes is a Very Nice place, the staff are friendly, helpful, professional. The complex is quiet, for a complex this big, and the events are family friendly. As a person who hasn't lived in an apartment for 20 years, they have met all my needs.

Like I said before the move in conditions were below standard.....Everything was dirty and there was visible pet hair from the previous tenant. Love the apartment but was very disappointed on the conditions upon moving in! Thought the apartment was new!

We love this place. We are building a slow motion house and have enjoyed living here as much as any previous home. Carrie & her staff do a great job with everything we've ever needed which isn't much because things are anticipated here and don't need remedial attention.

Nice courteous staff. Makes it feel like home. Doesn't feel like a typical apartment community with all the amenities. Having everything new and well kept is definitely a bonus. Very safe and any problems are felt with efficiently.
