Nice staff and nice place! Could be a little more organized but otherwise our experience has been great! The pool is beautiful and the apartment is nice and quiet. I love that most people have a dog and that this apartment is very up on the times and understands that most people have a pet.

I sincerely adore my apartment and the community. It's going on year 4 living here and re-signing my lease is a no brainer. It's so nice to have a place to call home in a city I'm not from. The office staff and maintenance crew are an exceptional bunch of humans that make even the smallest issue a cinch to fix. I brag about my apartment and complex to all of my friends, family and work colleagues. My dog loves living here too :)

Great place! Pool is like a 5-Star Resort. Wish it had a hot tub, though. Staff is excellent. Maintenance quick and efficient. Love it here! The insulation is low and you can hear quite a bit of neighbors. Wish that was better, as well. The finishes and decor are awesome, tho!

I walked in to talk to a manager but ended up talking to a gentleman that worked in the front office that was so helpful in answering any questions i had and willing to go out of his way to listen to what i had to say. Had an amazing experience even though i was there for other reasons then looking for an apartment. Now i really will look into living there when my current lease is over. Thank You

Great except I can't smoke cigars on my balcony, love the location and the service they always give. the pool is awesome - some more pool parties would be cool. OK now im just wasting space to get the 200 words

Decent price for the area, lower square footage than competitors but more amenities offered. Walls are very thin. Clubhouse could have better hours. Limited parking, but you'll find a spot. Overall decent place as long as they don't keep raising rent 10% annually.

We enjoy living at this community. Everybody is friendly and willing to say hi. Only concern is the noise from neighbors late at night and in the walk ways can tend to be much. Other than that- we love living here

We sold our home quickly and moved to an apartment short term till we figure out what we are doing. It has been a great experience so far. This place is great because it is pet friendly and offers short term leases.

Brandon helped me when I needed a new place. Whole process was smooth. Really liked the apartment I chose and was really excited to move into a larger apartment. Everything looked great and almost brand new. Love the location

I absolutely love it here!!! Staff is great in the office and so is maintenance!! Always willing to help and get the job done! We also have great amenities here on property as well with a convenient location! I would recommend it here to everyone!

Pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Good access to most of the groceries and shopping and fun activities. Good gym and pool maintenance?. Insulation is poor making us to gear even small sounds from next doors.

Staff is courteous and responsive. The access to the trail is great if you have dogs. Plenty of shopping and restaurants closely. Easy access to 69 highway makes it a really convenient location to live.

I enjoy working with MAA. I've resided with them in the past and they've been super helpful and accommodating with all of my needs! The apartments are kept up and there are always plenty of community activities

It's been great so far. Happy to be a part of such a great community. The employees really strive to give residents a heat experience. In the future will be looking for a similar residence or a residence in the umbrella residences

I LOVE THIS COMPLEX SO FAR. IT HAS EASY ACCESS TO HIGHWAYS TO GO ANYWHERE IN TOWN, AND EVEN BETTER IT HAS A HUGE SHOPPING AND DINING DISTRICT RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. THERE IS A PUTTING GREEN ON SITE AS WELL!

Good experience with the management team at the ranch at prairie trace. They were helpful with the move in process and are responsive and helpful when things come up. I have had a positive experience since moving in.

Smoking on the property still seems to be an issue. Lots of cigarette butts in the grassy areas in front of my building. Minimal parking is another problem. Example: There is a resident that has an attached garage and 5 vehicles. Two of those cars have been parked in parking spots and have not moved since Halloween. This greatly limits parking for other tenants. Outside of that, I love the apartments and the staff which is why I have been here so long :-)

We have been living at the Ranch at Prairie Trace for almost a year now. At the time of move in, we were in desperate need of a clean place where the leasing staff actually cared about the apartment conditions, and the Ranch definitely has that. We love that they have so many community events for us residents, everybody in the leasing office is nice, and the maintenance team is absolutely wonderful, and very timely!!! We also love the other residents. With this community being so dog friendly, there's always a chance to speak with someone new! Another perk of living here is LOCATION! We are literally right next to 69HW and Corbin Park outdoor shopping. Our apartment is also 1/2 a mile from where I work, which is another huge perk (that means I can save fuel and walk! YES!!!!). there isn't a thing that we found we don't like here. When our lease is up in a couple of months, we will be renewing!

Great community, clean pool, nice neighborgs. Angel at the front office does justice to her name. This is not a fake review, we lived there for about a year and only moved out because we bought a house

This is a quiet community that is well maintained and if there are any issues that need to be addressed (something not working within the home, etc) are addressed very quickly. The management is very friendly and easy to work with.

I haven't experienced much because I have only lived in my apartment for about 2 weeks now. However, from what I have experienced I am still on the fence on whether I enjoy the community or not. The area surrounding me is really nice though!

Complex is beautiful but as always not all the people who live there are beautiful. Trash left on the curbs for pick up leak and stink, people will put their trash outside their door and it may set for a day or two. Pool is beautiful but people get out of control, play music that kids should not hear and it is so load you can hear it 3 building away from the pool.

The staff including the maintenance and grounds team is great. The pool and grounds are beautiful. My only real complaint is the noise between apartments. You can hear other residents talking and walking around their apartments.
