Apartment staff in the office and maintenance workers are great. Always responding to issues immediately and professionally. The apartment unit is really nice I just wish the walls weren't as thin for the amount that we pay.

Overall we've had a pretty great experience living here. Every time we put in a maintenance request they're always extremely efficient about getting it done. A few things that could be improved, but more of the residents responsibility. But we love living here and have met so many life long friends here!!

The move to the ranch at praire trace was very smooth. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I'm happy with the amenities and the location is great. So far I am satisfied and have no complaints.

Residents are friendly, amenities are good, pet friendly is a plus, great location, community is nice, safe area, classy, close to my work place, pricing on apartment is more than fair, employees are great, Alan the maintenance guy does an outstanding job and very nice guy.

The walls are very thin and can always here my neighbors talking, arguing and playing loud music everyday. I shouldn't have to hear every single word you're saying or what kind of music you're listening to. Other then that this place is amazing and tend to your every need!

It is a beautiful apartment community well worth the money. The staff is incredibly friendly however it is frustrating that the base rent for the apartment drastically changes on a daily basis. When we actually signed the lease it was $100 more than what it was when we toured the apartment. The walls are also pretty thin but that's what you get with apartment living. The pool is beautiful and it is in a prime location by the highway. I would definitely recommend living here.

It was absolutely wonderful! I absolutely love the staff and the community! My apartment was spotless the day I moved in! The office staff is always so friendly and kind! They are easy to ask questions and they are always ready to help! I feel safe and at home!

Nice community. Could use better cleaning in breezeway and tenants need to keep decks clean. Carpet very cheap. Needs more seating at the pool and too many young outside guests aloud in with underage drinking. Not family friendly at pool with cussing, drinking and beer pong set up in the pool.

I chose this apartment complex because the location was great from and to work. I really like the amenities they offer for their residents and how everything is walking distance such as the mailbox or pool.

Great community with wonderful amenities and a very kind and knowledgeable staff. The pool is amazing the gym is great the people who live around you are a lot fun and it's really just a great place to live.

Best maintanence program in any apartment complex ever. I hear horror stories about apartment complexes and am happy to brag about mine which make people jealous of my current complex. I will be staying here as long as possible

Been great so far, excellent maintenance team. I put in a request and it is usually done within 24 hours, I've never had such a dependable apartment. The amenities are fantastic, best I've ever lived at.

We love the location of the apartment and the amenities are endless. The faculty is always nice! We have been a little bit disappointed with the service we had a trim piece on our door that needed fixed when we moved in and it's been three weeks and still has not been attended to.

Great. Every question i have is answered quickly. I told a friend about this apartment and now she is moving in. I have been extremely satisfied with these apartments. I always get compliments by family when they come and visit.

The guy came out and fixed the door handle that was broke, very quick and efficiently. The staff is really nice and quick to fix problems that occur. I enjoy living here alot. I recommend it to all my friends. Ill be staying for a long time.

I love my homebthe appearance is great and community offers the best amenities. I can sometime hear the neighbor below me but it's no biggie. I enjoy staying on the property they do a great job communicating with tenants and hosting fun events.

It's the best place on planet Earth. I would request anyone to live here if they are in the Overland Park area. The staff is amazing and the property is always beautiful. The only thing that will make this place better is when the Chiefs win the Super Bowl.

We have not been here long. We can hear upstairs and next door neighbors. Otherwise, so far so good. Staff are nice. Love the amenities (car wash, exercise room, pool, large outdoor TV. Wish they had a nice hot tub.

The bugs have really become an issue over the past few months. I wake up everyday to at least 3-5 bugs in my kitchen. It started the last time they sprayed for bugs. I would not recommend the management company for this apartment complex. They really don't treat residents fairly when it comes time for lease renewals. My prior experience was a $30-50 per month increase and this company has always increased my rent $100 per month

After 2 weeks, it's been excellent. The grounds and common areas are always well maintained, and the residents appear to be taking a lot of pride in the overall appearance of the community, as I see them making extra efforts to keep the areas clean and litter-free. The assistance I have received from the staff has been prompt and professional.

Everything has been pretty great in general. The only complaint I have is when the lights on the apt. buildings and in the parking lot go out which seems to be quite frequently. However, they seem to get fixed quicker than they used to.

Beautiful grounds. The maintenance staff handled my one and only request incredibly quick. My only complaint would be the lack of parking that is available. I feel like assigning each apartment at least one space would be helpful.

When I first moved in this was a lovely and well maintained property. Since then it has had two different management companies that have owned it, and currently it is owned by MAA. Sadly, they do a very poor job of maintaining the amenities and the pool is not properly cared for at all. It has algae growing in it and has not been properly cleaned before being opened again for use. It appears the community is in decline, so renters beware.
