We love it so much, the people are great, maintainence is easy to work with and quick. Having no dog policy is great because we have a large dog so we needed this place and it didn't disappoint us at all

I love this apartment complex. They always get their work requests done and I rarely ever have any issues. The only issue I have that I think they could work on is parking. I always seem to have a problem finding a place to park.

Pretty quiet apartment community. I moved in with my boyfriend about 9 months ago. We have enjoyed living at The Ranch for the most part. The biggest downfall we have come to notice is a lot of the appliances and things are not nearly the quality we expected considering the price we pay to live here. We have had to get work done on our fridge, kitchen drawers, sink, and faucet.

Always been friendly and accommodating. This is my 4th year living here. We just keep upgrading apartments because we love the neighborhood and atmosphere. It is also real close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

The office staff is awesome. They respond to work orders quickly but do not fix the issues the first time. Parking has been an issue. They like to tell you that they have garages available but they are expensive. There is a lighting issue outside. We have had cars broken into because the parking lots are dark. I have reached out to the office three months ago, but nothing has changed.

The apartments are spacious overall but the walls are somewhat thin and you can hear louder conversations and other noises. Parking can be an issue depending on the building your unit is in. The clubhouse and pool area are nice as are the other amenities like the car wash bay. The grounds are maintained well.

I like the car wash Except when it was not working. Always looks clean and maintained...Pretty much quiet overall and neighbors are cool I like walking to eateries that a really close. Bike trails in walking trails are nice.

I moved into the complex about a week ago and so far I am very pleased with my experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, maintence was prompt when we realized upon move in my garbage disposal wasn't working. The amenities available and the great location are what really sold me on the complex.

Love this place! It's beautiful, close to everything, great pool and fitness center plus amazing club house. The people are nice and made moving in so easy for me. I highly recommend this place. Love the cat was!

The tours of the complex and units we were interested in went smoothly and they were good about meeting our needs. A couple fees were waived because of a promotion, and we'll be getting a credit next month for referring the complex to a friend who also moved in. There's a lot of activity outside and a large dog population, which is great. We love the curbside trash pick-up. We can't wait for summer so we can use the pool and amenities, and get outside more often.

Overall good experience. Apartment buildings and community is very nice and convinient. The only problem I have so far is how much I can hear the tenants above me. For being a newer complex I thought it wouldn't be so obvious but it is definitely something that is bothersome

It's s great community to live in. Great location, close to major high way and stores. One issue I had was noise. You can hear everything that is happening in your next door neighbors apt. Besides the noise, dust seemed to be an issue.

We find this community to be clean, safe, and a the apartments themselves are spacious and beautiful. There is never an issue with parking, or noise, or the general atmosphere of the neighborhood. I'm very glad we chose this community.

It's been great. Very nice finishes and the amenities are fantastic. The club house is state of the art and the you can't beat the location. The units seem to be very well insulated as well, and my utility bills are very reasonable.

Apartments can be loud, and the some of the construction is poor quality. Overall, the apartments are nice, and the staff is very helpful. When my lease is up... if they have a bigger apartment available I would renew.

I moved in to the Ranch just after a divorce. It was my first apartment living experience in 30 years. I didn't have high expectations but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. The location is perfect, so close to shopping and restaurants, and I met people here that I will be friends with for the rest of my life. It was truly a great experience!

I love it. The community is safe and all the amenities are clean and well taken care of. My only complaint would be that the neighbors get loud on occasion but what can you expect when living in a shared community. Overall, everyone is respectful, kind, and keeps to themselves.

Moving into The Ranch at Prairie Trace was pretty cool. They made everything swift an easy. Our dates where changed due to another place we chose to live and they had horrible service. I'm so thankful I called The Ranch. Very helpful and had us moved in in two days !

Since living at The Ranch at Prairie Trace, my husband and I feel like we are living in our own little community. The apartment is a good size, we love the open lay out and the amenities are fantastic! We have lived there going on 4 years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

This is a great property,great maintenance,great location,great amenities,great people,great management team,great access to the highway nearby shopping awesome. Because the location is by the highway the location needs more around the clock security surveillance drive through,walk through and spend some money on surveillance equipment because of the many vehicles come and going,parking for long periods of time with vehicles running. My last apartment rental had security cameras on the buildings for criminal deterrence. This is the cost of doing business and to help pay for the surveillance a little can be added to the pest control charge every month. Security surveillance signs and a few cameras go a long way in making are community apartment complex safer. Yes new bright lights are great but don`t stop theft,vehicle break ins, vehicle damage and vehicle vandalizing.

It has been great. Everyone is very nice and friendly. It's a quiet complex and it's very dog friendly which I love. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend as long as the rent doesn't increase too much.
