I wouldn't recommend this place as you don't get what is promised to you with the money that you pay. Good location for the highway. Pool is always dirty. Bugs in the apartment. Nobody follows any rules and they are not enforced.

We have lived here for about 6 months and have loved it. Everything is very well maintained and clean. The grounds, pool and work out area are great. There is always someone available to help or answer any questions.

The Ranch at Prairie Trace is the best apartment experience I have ever had. Very clean, quiet, safe, and the staff is wonderful! I would highly recommend The Ranch at Prairie Trace. Lizzie is the girl to go to!! Awesome team!

I love it here. The community is very welcoming, the staff here are friendly and helpful, and it's a quiet area. Whenever I have an issue occur within my apartment, I put in a ticket order, and the maintenance responds to my ticket immediately. Highly recommend living here!

I have enjoyed living at this complex. Staff is friendly and repairs are prompt. The facility is well taken care of and I would recommend living here to anyone. The facility has a very nice pool area with clubhouse and there is an enclosed dog park for pooch socialites.

I absolutely love living here. The highway access is such a huge perk and the maintenance team is AMAZING. Any problems are always resolved so quickly and everyone that works here is incredible. I would suggest this apartment to anyone.

LOVELY APARMENT COMMUNITY BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS GREAT MAINTENACE STAFF. CLOSE TO MANY LOCAL BUSINESSES AND RESTAURANTS. MOST ALL OF MY ENCOUNTERS HERE HAVE BEEN POSITIVE ONES. THE POOL IS AWESOME BUT DOESN'T STAY OPEN LONG ENOUGH.

Great community with great living spaces! I've lived her for about 2 years and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Neighbors are friendly. Maintenance staff is always helpful and gets to our requests almost immediately. Apartments are clean and have up to date appliances.

Friendly staff and community. Fun summer activities at the resort level pool. Great work out facilty. Wonderful clubhouse to use at no charge for special events. Close to area stores and easy access to main highways.

The move in process was super efficient and easy. The staff also left a welcome basket for my dog and I which helped us feel more at home from moving to a new state. The staff is super friendly. I had an issue with my mailbox key and they got it resolved for me almost immediately, putting the work order in for me. My neighbors are very friendly as well. Overall, it has been a great experience and recommend this location to anyone looking for a new place.

I loved living here at the Ranch! The community is beautiful and the staff is so great. We always had questions answered and maintenance was taken care promptly. All the community features were always ready to use and kept clean.

It is easy for me to find my way around the apartment complex. The community makes it feel like home. There are activities and events that you can get involved in. They have a great fitness center for people who want to exercise.

I have liked it however they are upping my rent 150+ dollars. I take care of my place I don't complain and I am on a fixed income this is way too much money. I'd like to stay.But this price is making it very hard. You could only gouge people for so long and they get tired of it. I want to thank Quinton a very nice gentleman and all of his staff they make it very nice here.

the staff are pretty great. The issues we have had are with the building in general. The walls are paper thin; we can personally hear the man in the apartment next to us, snoring every single night! You can hear people using the restroom behind you, every conversation from your neighbors can be over heard, especially bedroom noises from the master bedroom. From up above us we can hear the peoples music every weekend and its quite terrible to think how little effort went into building and insulating the walls and floors at such an expensive and high end area.

Great office staff, Maintenance people as well are very timely and helpful. We are literally near every type of modern convenience you need, close access to the highways, medical, grocery. We love it that we have the ability to have a garage as well.

I like your community it is kept up well . just don't like the 10% price increase in rent (had 3 friends leave this summer do the increase) when everything else is not getting increased by that , salary are still frozen at my company (2,100) employees.

Awesome place to live. Amenities and staff are great. Actually feels like you are at home. One of the best communities I have lived at and I have lived at many apartment complexes in Overland Park KS.

Not a well managed community. Lack of leadership in office staff leads to unkept up community/amenities and poor maintenance of units and garages. Poor security on premises led to a series of car break ins over the course of several months.

The service was fantastic!!! Lizzy was a huge help! The complex is clean and well taken care of & the process was smooth & easy! The apartment was clean when i moved it & all my keys were ready for me! The apps to use are easy to manage!

We have really enjoyed our move in experience so far. The apartment was clean when we arrived and the keys and garage fob were already waiting for us when we got here. The coded security system for the door is a really nice feature. The staff have been nothing but helpful when it comes to all of our questions as we get settled into our new home.

The support staff, maintenance and office staff are incredible. I feel welcomed, part of a family and appreciated. They offer some great perks like community partnerships, discounts and occasional free handouts. Maintenance is exceptional and very responsive. Also, I would be hard pressed to find a better and more friendly office staff, they actually care about the residents. I may never move.

Great place to live. Maintenance requests are answered promptly and it's in a great location. Close to nearly anything you need and close to major highways with easy access to downtown and practically anything else you need to get to.
