Pros- Great location, friendly staff and quick response/fix with maintenance... "they do an excellent job", great amenities, clubhouse is beautiful and very luxurious as well as the interior of the apartment. Cons- dog poop everywhere, you can smell it in the air right when you walk out your door. Lol! Walls are paper thin. Door knobs fall out. I can hear my next door neighbors arguing almost every other day, talking, snoring, and I've even heard having s*x right through the walls! Last thing is the parking. Not enough parking. I do rent an outside garage but do not like that you pay $100 when it is too small and difficult to park in with the way it faces. Sometimes I worry coming out of the garage and an oncoming car hits me. Overall besides ;s a great place to live. I Love it and do recommend.

The office staff is always a pleasure to work with and represent themselves in a professional and knowledgeable manner. The pool and patio area is nothing short of amazing. Anytime I have issues inside the apartment, the maintenance team handles them in a timely, effective manner.

Office staff is completely unprofessional in the way they speak with customers, when asked to speak with the manager, was told no. Ian was very rude and short on the phone. Got charged the application fee, when wasn't approved, was not refunded the application fee. That is illegal in the state of Missouri and Kansas. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

No complaints other than occasional parking space availability. Sometimes have to walk 40 yards to apartment but that's not a huge deal for me. Staff is friendly and quick to help with whatever they can!

The staff is wonderful. The location is perfect! The community is clean and inviting! This is a pet friendly community. The fitness center is convenient and the office is clean and inviting!! I'm new to the area and would definitely recommend the Ranch at Prairie Trace. I love it here!!

Great community and location. Pool and other club house amenities are wonderful. Spacious apartments. The color of interior walls in the apartments is a little dull but bright light or other paint job can fix that. Monthly resident breakfast and other events are fun.

Thee looks of the community is so amazing and well maintained. The staffs are good and the amenities are great. It's clean and looks new. Feels good to stay here. I wish they gave extra mail room keys and fobs. Mainly it's a non smoking community which makes it even greater

I really enjoy living here! Love my apartment ! Maintenance is always fast and courteous. The grounds are beautiful and really enjoy the pool, gym, and all amenities. I have no noise complaints at all and would recommend this complex to friends!

Lived here for close to a year now. Dog friendly neighborhood. The amenities are well kept. The grounds are well kept as well considering volume of large animals. Most complaints I read about a year ago may have had truth to them but I have yet to expirence this in my tenure. Walls are not paper thin. However, loud people and loud music will permeate the adjoining walls b/w apartments. If my neighbors are loud I respectfully let them know, if it is late at night, but if a person making noise is a troll then that's a different story and handled differently. It's a great community I personally plan to stick around ATM.

I really like the community...It is very clean, quiet, well maintained, great service from the office. I have lived here about 90 days now and it truly feels like home. Very nice amenities, awesome pool and outdoor video screen, also very pet friendly.

We are very happy with the community area and our apartment in the short time we've lived here. The maintenance staff appears to do a great job of keeping the area clean and all the amenities up to date and working. We are also very pleased parking isn't an issue here as there always seems to be sufficient parking.

Horrible. This looks like a very nice, fun place to live when u take the tour, but it's all a mirage. Half the time the amenities that you're excited to use are broken, and management is in NO hurry to fix them. Extremely disappointed in this place.

Everything is great. The closet rod wasn't working before I moved in, so I don't know how much weight it can hold. Everything seems fine so far. I appreciate how fast it was fixed since I would like to unpack my clothes and start using my closet!

I have been very satisfied and happy with this complex! The staff and grounds are very nice and I would recommend this complex. It is located in a very convent location . The other tenants seem to be very friendly and most people comply with the rules of the complex.

Friendly community, nice interior apartments. Our setup of the chicory is a little odd but with some creativity and can definently work. Gorgeous kitchen with tons of countertop space and storage. The main bathroom is HUGE and the walk in closet is awesome.

I have recently moved into the ranch at praire trace and I have been extremely happy with the entire process. Starting with the tour, then the application process and finally move in day. Also after moving in a found a few small issues with paint, or a couple boards coming out of place. They fixed these within 2 business days.

I love the apartment and the layout. Maintenance is great. Amenities are great. Neighbors are loud. So are their dogs. My heating bill is huge. I'm right by the air conditioner units and they are loud. Overall, I'm very pleased, though.

I have been here a little over two months and so far it has been great. The work out room is my favorite part because it is open 24hrs. I also enjoy how their are so many things to do around this place. I like to golf and their are plenty of courses around.

Lovely grounds, dog friendly which is great, maintenance response is awesome, management team is great, great location, good schools, reasonable rent. Serious downside is the noise between apartments below, above and on the side. Unfortunately builders didn't think privacy was important.
