I have enjoyed my experience here. Even though I don't spend much time on the property because of my schedule I have been satisfied with everything offered here. The people have been very friendly so far. The only thing that has bothered me is the dog poop around the area. I have put my neighbors peace into consideration by getting rid of my drum but the dogs are still a little wild so I don't think my drum was the reason for the excess barking.

The Ranch at Praire Trace is a beautiful place to live. Everything is always well kept. It's a peaceful and quiet community. The pool and gym are very nice. All of the maintenance is done in a timely manner.

It is a nice apartment complex. The pool is wonderful and the gym is decent. You can easily hear noise from people above, below and beside you. Mostly adults and fewer kids which is nice. There are a lot of dogs and people don't tend to pick up after them.

I have been extremely satisfied with the service from Haven at Prairie Trace employees. From the front office taking time with me to find the perfect unit, to maintenance who has fixed a couple of items for me promptly and done right the first time. Extremely professional and NICE!

So far it has been amazing. All of the residents are friendly and the apartment is very nice. I enjoy the clubhouse and the pool area. It is great for guests. I only wish it was open 24 hours (the clubhouse at least) becuase I like to have people over later after work.

Perfect apartments in the perfect location! Everyone that lives here has been very friendly and the office staff is very approachable and professional. I love the amenities the complex has to offer and how nice all of the finishes are inside in my apartment. It was a great decision to move to haven!

The experience that I have had at Haven at Prairie Trace has been excellent. My neighbors are friends and the staff members are great. There a lot of amenities including the fitness center, bonfire pits, and wrap-around pool. Overall, I am happy I chose to live here.

Haven at Prairie Trace is located in a very nice part of Overland Park, super convenient to shops and entertainment. It's location provides easy access to major highways and points of interest. I have no hesitation in recommending this property for future residents.

Really nice place. Walls are thin, and can hear the guy above me all the time, and traffic on the road next to me. Maintence was not the easiest to get ahold of, but they were fast when the order went in. On the expensive side of apartments, but I feel it's spent well.

Office staff..very nice. Shocked at how many people smoke on the trail and behind garages. Too much dog poo everywhere. Run out of bags too often so, i order my own. Great location to highways and shopping. The office staff are very friendly and quick on their response time to get back with you. Lighting on buildings and parking lot...great!! Wish we had more parking spaces.

What a well laid out property. Amenities, location and the complex staff are A+. I viewed many properties before this discovery. The search was over as I found a location that felt like a home. I look forward to the months ahead in what feels like "my resort".

I could go on about so many things. But I'll keep it short. I loved it when I first lived here because it was quiet, then I hated it because more people moved in and it got loud and became like a fraternity ward everywhere. But the manager, after patiently listening to all my complaints, cracked down on people BIG time. A new police officer patrols things and is available for emergency troubles after hours if your neighbor decides to have a stripper party at 2am (never had it happen to me but hey, it's good to know). Most people I've met here are nice except for a few that were horrible, but I think they're gone now. it really is resort-like and although some ways certain things were built are not the best, the maintenance is prompt and the staff takes good care of you. Grounds are well kept. My only complaint is that people tend to slam doors repeatedly which I cannot stand and then sometimes you could be woken up by car radios. But just report the model and plate to the office and they have always taken care of it. All in all, I love it here. It's the best apartment I've lived at by far. Especially being able to walk to banks, grocery stores, bars, coffee shops and vintage stock. Some are a 15 minute walk but I'm not a lazy person. The gym, unfortunately has three people in it it can get crowded if they're doing circuit work. But all in all, it's a safe place if you're a family and there's some kids around here and thankfully they never cause a noise issue.

I wish there was a solution to keep the big video board playing tv until the pool closes at 10PM. That's one of the biggest selling points on why I moved here. There has to be a way residents can go to the lobby and atleast control it with all the technology there is these days. Also, the spider webs above the AC units and on the windows of the second floor next to the pond needs to be sprayed heavily because we are getting spiders to the point where we can't open our bedroom window. It's terrible... please help with this.

Haven at Prairie Trace is the best apartment complex in the city. It's location is terrific and you get tons of value for your dollar. The amenities are outstanding and I can't think of a better location to live in Johnson County. Most things you need to do in this town are within mere minutes and it's a easy drive to Kaufmann Stadium to watch the Royals!

The staff is very nice and caring we get what we pay for and love the area. Everyone seems very nice and I feel very safe at home which is always a bonus. It's a bonus that they are dog friendly and the events they plan are very fun for all ages. I recommend for anyone looking for a great Overland Park area

Very nice apartments and staff. The pool is a great place to be in the summer and love that we have a car wash! This apartment complex is very close to all shopping, dining etc. Also very close to all highways.

Overall my experience was positive. You can't hear much of your neighbors. There is plenty of green space for pets. A service request is always addressed within one business day. I did have an issue with clogged faucets that limited water pressure and the front door handle eventually broke.

At first glance it has great amenities! Not so much if they are not available during non work hours. Love the pool! Quick maintenance people. Overly priced. I do like the accessibility to shops, restaurants, etc. Also, being so close to 69 HWY is a huge plus!

Clean surrounding with ample parking space. Staff is very polite and helpful. Car wash and putting available and also resort style swimming pool. Pool table and lot of activities in community center. Recently under new management but did not have any problem yet.

Overall the property is nice and is a great location. It's just off the highway which makes travel easy to and from classes. Also they are pet friendly with lots of dogs living on property. The staff is always friendly in the office and plan monthly events for the residents.
