I've lived here for many years. I'd say it's the best apartment I've every lived in. The office staff are always on hand to any questions you may have. It's a quality apartment complex, I'd highly recommend.

We have been very happy here. The exterior grounds are well maintained and the staff is very friendly. When a work order is submitted, it is handled in a timely manner. There have been no noise issues and there is always plenty of parking.

I've lived here for almost 6 years now. Rent has barely gone up over that time, about $100 since I moved in. Pool is cool, and staff are friendly. All I want is an assigned parking spot because sometimes finding a spot late at night is difficult.

There have been some issues with this apartment complex, for instance there is no insulation between the walls. They seem paper thin, I can hear my neighbors talking from across the apartment and his snoring keeps me up at night as it seems he is literally in my room. Not as much of a direct reflection of my time here as much though, the complex is very well kept with valet trash service, recycling center and many amenities. There are small problems such as the website mentioning that there is a hot tub, although, it does not exist. There has been glass in the pool before (the complex tries to keep glass away from the pool) but the maintenance of the pool should be more well kept as the water is normally green tinted meaning it is not cleaned as much as it should be. Also, the apartments themselves have lots of cosmetic issues; countertops not sealed properly and are uneven, 6" gaps under interior doors which give no privacy in the bedrooms, and doors tend to be a major issue. Handles randomly break off the door, doors are stuck shut, locks that stop working. I will say though that the maintenance team is great, they fix whatever is submitted within a two day window. I will also note that if you are on the first floor there is a MAJOR bug issue, I was killing a few crickets and spiders a day amongst finding dead ones, and not to mention being bitten by spiders. I live on the 3rd floor now and have had no issues with this any longer. Overall, my experience has been nice here at the complex, but I do feel that they are overpriced. I found a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment complex a few minutes from this one (which is bigger than I have now) and includes all of the same amenities and then some and costs $400 LESS!

Great apartment complex, there was one problem at my move in with the bathroom sink and it was fixed before I started moving furniture in. I have not had any service requests which speaks for itself. I have been in other complexes where I made a service request every month. Staff is friendly and the other residents are friendly as well.

Awesome people awesome staff .....very well run and maintained. If you are looking for a place close to everything, this is the place. Quiet peaceful and serene. The maintenance and office staff are wonderful

Violent and loud neighbors. Multiple units in the building have moved out because of them. Yet, the complex keeps renting the units out to new tenants with prior knowledge that our living conditions would be unsatisfactory. Our second night living there we had to call 911 because our neighbors were banging on our front and back door aggressively at 11 pm at night. The complex will do nothing to accommodate you. All they say is "there is an end". Unacceptable.

Overall very nice place to live! Wish there wasn't a hard line on closing the pool. They have great areas for my dog. Would to have remote control for Tv's after staff leaves at nigh. My garage is great , has room for my car and my junk.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, love the layout and there is a lot of closet space. The location is good and have many restaurants and parks nearby and I 69 is easily accessible. Swimming pool and leasing office area is very beautiful.

The place is incredible! Clean and nice, and the location is amazing, too. There are hundreds of restaurants, banks, stores, and anything that you might need within 1 mile. The community is fun and the pool and gym are great.

The apartment overall is very spacious and nice. The community could use some work. I've been here for 2 years and the TVs in the gym have been broken, the fire pits haven't worked and the car wash doesn't work properly. I do Love the pool and waterfall though.

The staff has always been extremely responsive and accommodating to my needs. The few issues I have had have been addressed promptly and professionally. I have had nothing but warm and friendly interactions with every staff member I have come across. Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful. I wish I had more time to interact during some of the community sponsored events. Even without the ability to do so I have been completely satisfied with my experience.

Poor quality doors, blinds toilets dishwasher sinks always broken doors do not shut properly. Toilet clogs a lot. Doors don't shut all the way. Water sprays from the kitchen faucet. Blinds are crooked. Bathroom towel bars both fell off walls.

Overall pleased with our experience here. At first we were unsure because the apartment we had been told we were getting and layout that we'd been shown was definitely not what we moved into- there was no pantry for food so kitchen space is pretty tight for groceries/storage despite being a great size kitchen. We also didn't get the same type of closet that was shown to us which really made it hard for two adults to share but again- we made it work. Management is satisfactory- they are reasonable with requests and timely in a response, they also are good with communication- I always have emails updating me on what's going on or if there's a change in operating hours. The first month we lived here there was a mistake with our billing and they helped us take care of that quickly. Our maintenance man is great and does a really good job. The amenities they provide are very nice, we enjoy having them at our disposal and using them when we can.

Easy process to submit request for repairs through the online portal, more importantly the request are completed in a quick manner. Unlike other places we have lived. Management is friendly and always helpful. The community provides a friendly atmosphere with access to the gym to fit any schedule.

Everything is great until recently there is an incident which made me feel differently about this apartment complex. I was told by one manager that I could use something while another manager barked at me over it. I resent the way I was treated, which led me to a very different prospective about this place. If this second manager had been the person that showed me the first tour of this apartment complex when I first inquired, I would never have considered to live here based on her attitude. The maintenance team, however, is top notch, very efficient, professional and VERY FRIENDLY, what the management is supposed to be.

I love it! The only thing I could complain about was when I moved from my 2 to the 1 bedroom, my two bedroom had new carpet and my one bedroom was definitely older because it had stains on it and it was a different kind of carpet from my last apartment.

Just moved in recently but have really enjoyed the apartment complex so far. Every body in the office was super helpful during the move in process. The apartment was one of the nicer ones that I looked at and was reasonably priced for what you get compared to other places.
