I just moved in and my first impression of the staff has been tremendous. The apartment grounds are clean and the staff do a great job of introducing you to the apartment and all that it has to offer. Overall experience has been great and I look forward to living at The Ranch.

Luxury and quality apartments. I will recommend this apartments to my friends. Best offers are given by apartment management. Peaceful and best place to live. The service is also very good. Dont miss it

The facilities and staff (including maintenance staff) have been great. They are very responsive and friendly. Maintenance issues are tended to quickly and at our convenience. Insulation between the floors/walls to other apartments could be better. Is like a herd of elephants live upstairs. Location is handy to restaurants, shopping, commuter roads, walking/biking paths.

The staff is so friendly and professional. The buildings are well maintained and the layout of the apartment makes it feel so much more like a home! The amenities are so nice and very resort like. We were also able to rent an attached garage and storage space for a reasonable price. Looking forward to summer here!

The staff is super responsive, answers questions quickly. The complex is well maintained. The complex is well lit and makes me feel safe. The area is more quiet than I anticipated, due to the location. .

Only been here a week, but so far, so good. Seems to be a family friendly complex, with lots of kiddos and dogs around, which is great for us. Looking forward to the summer time and the pool opening and spending more time outside.

Apartment is in the perfect location. The leasing office staff and maintenance team are quick to address concerns. The apartment was clean when I moved in and they continue to make upgrades (such as Smart Home). The entire complex is well maintained.

It's a comfortable community with spacious options. The maintenance staff handles requests in a timely manner, the location is near just about everything you might need, and it has great amenities to be taken advantage of

It is a good condominium, with excellent leisure area, space for parking. I would only need to inspect more when the residents put the garbage in front of the apartments, and also when they put the dogs to poop

Neighborhood was nice and well kept! Lizzie in the office was so nice to work with and very knowledgeable answering questions. She also liked cats so we were laughing as I love cats too! Definitely would recommend this place! 5 stars for presentation and for customer service.

Apartment complex is well kept and in such a great location! So close to pretty much everything in Overland Park and Olathe and great access to the rest of KC since its right on US-69. The smart home features are a great bonus

So far, we are super pleased with our new home! the move in went incredibly smooth. My husband and I were coming from an apartment complex where we had a miserable experience. This team put up with my million questions and eased all of my worries. Awesome experience!

The office staff is excellent, maintenance is quick to resolve any requests. The apartment homes have Smart home technology, valet trash service, on-site car wash, and the location of the community is very convenient.

I have really enjoyed my time here. The place is clean, mostly quiet, and has all the unit amenities I was looking for. I will say the only downside I personally experience is that you can hear through the walls a bit more than we probably should. The fellow residents and staff are always friendly and helpful.

The community is very clean, safe, beautiful fixtures/granite etc office staff are fantastic and overall a very good community! The best community I've had in Kansas City metropolitan. I highly recommend The Ranch!

I really enjoy living here, I feel safe and the team really takes care if the outside and inside. When I need service and they send Phil and he is the best. Some tenants need to follow the rules of cleaning up after there dogs.

I have had a great experience! Everyone we meet is super nice. The Ranch staff is wonderful to work with and we enjoy the events they host. It is a safe community to take my dog walking in and is in quick access to a lot of businesses. The apartments are very nice and we have had no issues with our room.

The apartment was very clean when we moved in. The explanation sent to us about the smart home features of the apartment was very to the point and easy to follow. It was also very nice the gift bag left here with cleaning supplies

Beautiful apartments, great location, best schools in the area, and great staff, specifically Kristie, she has been very helpful, great restaurants, shopping, and six different grocery stores within 2 miles.

No problems. Just too pricey for how small the one bedroom is. I understand Kansas City is expensive but it shouldn't be for such small square footage. I would say this apartment should be around 800-850.

Easy and quick. We should up on more in day and they were ready with all information and keys laid out. The apartment was very clean and all flaws that we noticed during our inspection were repaired in that day. Goan was fantastic

This community provides me with everything I need. My move from out of state was made easy and staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to get an apartment that is well-maintained, close to my work, and allows me to have a private garage. The amenities are also top notch.
