I have been having issues with a neighbour in this community. The neighbor smokes and throws cigarette buds, is a stalker, constantly makes noise at odd hours but still no action is taken by the community.

I have enjoyed my time at this community. They are very responsive to questions and helpful all the way from the direct office staff to the maintenance personnel. My only downside is that I feel that rent prices have gone up to fast when compared to previous years. If they could control their rent prices, then I would give them an easy 100, but with prices increasing too high, too fast, that is a negative in my book and something they need to correct. If they have good people living in their apartments, they should do what they can to keep them and not drive prices up leading to high turnover.

Corey and the entire staff are amazing. Community atmosphere. Honestly best place I've lived while renting. Pool is amazing. They have a great dog park, putting greens..awesome clubhouse with all the amenities. Very fam friendly and beautiful property. Have met so many neighbors who have become good friends. Highly recommend!

Overall good property in a great location. Lots of people rave about how excellent the maintence guy is and I agree. Any maintence issues we have, Glen is there to fix it with a friendly smile. However, you do have to wonder: why are there so many maintenence issues? For a property as nice and new as MAA Prairie Trace, you would think that stuff such as the dishwasher or disposal would not need as much repair, but that has not been our experience. Frequently we have had to forgo washing the dishes because of something wrong with either of those appliances. Our dishwasher at one point even became dislodged from its mount under our cabinet and had to be refastened twice in the last two years. We have also had a few instances of our Amazon packages being stolen off our front porch. I made a police report but there was no action taken.

My experience here has been generally satisfactory, except for the fact that they don't clean the railing or entryway. When I moved in, I encountered an issue with the oven. Whenever I tried to cook, the smoke alarm would go off. Apart from this minor inconvenience, everything has been smooth sailing.

The office staff was very professional and courteous. Our apartment was clean and in good condition. We moved from out of state and the team made our move in transition seamless. The community is very nice and in a perfect location. It's close to the highway, gas stations, and grocery stores. MAA made sure we had all of our keys, apartment codes, and parking space. The amenities are well looked after and nice. There are two dog parks, but pet owners need to be better at picking up waste. Overall we are satisfied.

Hard to make friends and the walls are thin, but the apartment itself has everything I need. Staff is very friendly and helpful when asked questions. This is my first apartment so I can't really compare it to my previous living situation with my parents.

The amenities are fantastic and location is a bit loud, but ideal and close to a variety of places! I have a few complaints though. There are no security cameras on buildings or lights around the complex, it is extremely hard to get any appliances replaced (we waited 2 years), and the rent price keeps creeping up.

The staff is warm and inviting, maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion and the grounds are kept clean. The dog park (right outside the master bedroom window) is VERY loud at all hours of the night, most nights of the week. The resident(s) that live above me are also very noisy; loud stomping, thumping, vacuuming late in the night, doors slamming?the walls and floors seem excessively thin, unfortunately.

I have lived in this community for about 5 months now and have had a really positive experience. The office staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Regardless of the issue they treat you as if it is the most important. The maintenance team is also extremely pleasant, helpful, and most importantly, helpful. Like anywhere, there are definitely some issues/preferences to compromise. The onsite fitness center is nice, if a little small. The upgrades are nice and by their own admission, they missed on swapping out the fluorescent light in the kitchen and swapping the electrical outlets to better match. Overall though, I have had a pleasant experience.

I have had a great experience since I moved in. The office staff and maintenance staff are really kind and reliable. . The trash area is not kept up. It's frequently overflowing. Really unpleasant smell. I am unfortunately very close to the trash dumpster. The grounds are not kept clean. The pics of the pool look amazing. Was really looking forward to using the pool but it is in disrepair and not open. There are broken illuminated exit signs that have been broken still after living here almost a year. Flashing lights in the breeze ways of multiple buildings. It is such a great location and such nice office staff. Kind of disappointing when you pay the rent prices in this area but it looks like it used to be a really beautiful property.

This place is super solid. Maintenance is quick and effective. They spray for bugs often and I never have any pests. The location is very convenient, with the ramp onto 69 literally one block away. I'm on a little hill and have a nice view.

The complex and amenities are great, our apartment is very modern, and we have wonderful neighbors. The only complaint I would have is when it snows. The parking lot is a sheet of ice, it takes them 2 days to plow, and they don't salt the side walks. That is the only negative experience we have had at the ranch!

Our experience has been a very good one. We had not rented for over 20 years, so our expectations were to have more issues than we have. In fact we have not had nay major issues at this community. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a great community.

So far, everything has been pretty fantastic. Front desk is amazing and the overall feel of the community seems to be laid back and welcoming. I do feel there needs to be some better communication on what should be allowed at the dumpster, ie: couches, chairs, entire home furnishings, should not be allowed there and allowed to sit there for a week or longer.
