They have been professional and nice. The pool needs some work, but whenever I ask the office for something they are more than happy to help. Walls are not sound proof, but they're definitely not bad. I don't mind any of the small sounds I hear.

I moved into this property (formerly Manor Homes of Prairie Trace) in February 2014. At first, the complex was one of the nicest I've lived in, but in the 17 months since I signed my lease, things have gotten progressively worse. The base rent on my apartment has already jumped almost $100, which as a percentage of the overall rent is ridiculous. The turnover in the front office is atrocious...the leasing agents have changed so many times that I've stopped taking the time to learn their names. Although the grounds and apartments appear nice, the quality of the construction is very poor as residents routinely have their door handles fall off, the foundation in several of the buildings is cracking and sinking, some of the units flood with every heavy rain, and the internal complex roadways are covered in potholes. Recently, the property sold and is now being operated by MAA. Since taking over, MAA got rid of our excellent pool maintenance staff member Brian and allowed the pool to fall into disrepair. The pool is now closed because the water is thick and green. Where maintenance requests used to be completed in a timely manner, I have to wait days for a simple fluorescent bulb replacement. I offered to do it myself if the complex would provide a ladder and the bulb, but I was just told to wait. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the direction this complex has taken. It's a community in decline and I can no longer recommend it to my coworkers or friends. You can find something better as the 135th corridor is packed with lots of new apartment communities.
