Overall I am satisfied. I have only ever had one issue with a door being left open, but that is the only problem I have had. The pool is very nice, however when I went i was sitting on the ground due to there not being enough chairs. There were also cops outside one of the buildings for a while searching an abandoned car, and I wish i would've been informed that was taking place before I came home from work to see three cops in the parking lot. That was a bit shocking.

I just moved in but it seems like the place to be. I'm excited for the pool this summer and meeting new people in the apartment complex. I really like how they allow any dog breed. That is hard to find with apartments.

It's been awesome experience living here. The staff has always been super helpful. The amenities have been fun and are always well taken care of. Curb side trash pickup is super awesome! Plus, it's a safe community. Hardly ever see law enforcement responding to complaints here. On top of that, you're a short distance away from a gas station, different restaurant chains, grocery store, and much more. The apartments are very nice and well taken care of as well. Friendly neighbors as well!! All around a great apartment complex to live in!!

For the most part it has been good, there were a lot of technical difficulties though. We has a hard time getting our applications done online, then we thought we signed our lease online but it turned out that didn't go through either. We also applied during an offer for $500 off our first full months' rent and have not gotten that either.

Love it and and as a realtor recommend it to people all the time, needing an apartment! The staff is extremely helpful and always pleasant! The grounds are that of a five star resort! The location has easy access to highways and happenings. Great place to live!

Great place to call HOME. Good service, clean surroundings, convenient location and Awesome clubhouse. I have never seen a better clubhouse then this one. Room layout is good as well. Same goes for all the fixtures.

Excellent place. Highly recommend if looking for a great place with great community. Close to a lot of Restaurants and entertainment options. Also very close to Highway 69. Ammeneties to the apartment Include being dog friendly, pool, workout room, all tables, golf putting area, car wash etc. Period. Great place.

It's an awesome community! I love it. The pool is really nice. My apartment is perfect for me and my two boys. The folks that work in the office are great too! My unit doesn't have anyone above me or below me which is very unique in apartment living.

Already provided this feedback - getting a unit by the highway was not properly communicated nor were we shown a like unit so we could have heard how loud the units are near the highway. Dryer not properly set up and toilet handle within 1 week of moving in.

I needed an apartment the same day and they were able to get me in super fast with the proper verification from me. The office staff is nice and the maintenance responds to requests quickly the only down side to maintenance is I asked that they not enter my apartment to fix things when I'm not there and they do anyway but he's always nice and does a good job. The apartment is pricy but it is nice and there is good security at night. The only down side is there's no parking at night so I had to add on a garage.

The pool is what attracts people to this place. Unfortunately the pool is not very kid friendly due to all of the drinking, swearing, trash, and inconsiderate people. The apartment does not offer any privacy due to very thin walls. My neighbor and I can have a conversation talking normally like we would face to face. The appliances are horrible, freezer barely makes ice, dishwasher doesn't clean very well, and the garbage disposal stinks even after many cleanings. The staff does come out and try to fix things like that and other things like the door handles falling off. The bad part is they only do a temporary fix and the we have the issue a month later. The parking is horrible because everyone in Overland Park uses the pool. My car with less than 200 miles on it was hit by a white BMW because the complex thought it would be a great idea to force everyone into one location. No note was left, just a dent and some white paint.
