It has been a good experience living here at this property. My only issue is moved in paying a lower amount but over the years rent has went up. With no improvements or upgrades to the apartment. Overall it's been as good as expected.

The lady that helped me tour the apartments was very kind, respectful and personable. Apartments looked very clean & I love the keyless fob entry aspect! Definitely hoping to move in soon as they seem like great people to work with!

Brandywine Apts great place to live, convenient to stores around. Quite living and affordable.Would highly recommend to anyone looking for apt to live in, clean and well took care of. 2 swimming pools that are great in the summertime.

Management was super helpful in answering any and all questions I had during the entire moving process and they were very accommodating for my need of a first floor apartment. The apartment I was given was super clean and spacious upon move in.

I was not happy with the choice of apartments I had. After I was approved, They showed me an apartment that I was not happy with. The carpet was dirty, the carpet was torn around the fireplace and there were dead bugs in the kitchen. They showed me another apartment that I liked and wanted to rent but they said someone had filled out a paper application on that apartment and it wasn't available after all, and the only upstairs apartment with a fireplace available was the one I did not want. It seemed like a bait and switch so I left

I've lived here three years. The staff is courteous and quick to help. Maintenance has always been quick to come after a request. The grounds are well kept. I haven't experienced any bad interactions with anyone other renters.

The staff is beyond hospitality and very helpful with all needs that a tenant could experience. The complex is an older complex but is kept in pristine conditions even through the falling of leaves and snowy winters we experience. The complex has so many amenities available not only pickleball courts but giant chess, 2 swimming pools, grills available at both pools, a gym & laundry mat! Plus the rent is so affordable and makes this the easiest choice of apartments!

I just applied for an apartment and will be moving here in a few weeks. The woman I met during my tour was very nice and knowledgeable, and I was impressed at the location/state of the apartment for $940 a month. Appliances are very basic, but the amenities look great, especially the gym, and I hear fantastic things about the maintenance team. I can't say the same for the other apartments I viewed, so I was very impressed! I can't wait to move in!

Very pleasant tour of Brandywinr. I especially liked the generous walk in closets & the nice Laundry room in the 2BR 2 BA apartment. The associate was very informative and accommodating. She was quite helpful concerning my slight disability.

Move in was a breeze the office was responsive easy to contact and honest. The community seems to be nice and everything seems to be clean, haven't had to contact matnice at all yet if they are as responsive as the office it would be fine though
