The staff on site are very kind and they are quick to respond and work with you. I had no problems with them, they always try to fix any problems I have. The apartment was not the cleanest when I moved in, and there was obvious wear on a lot of areas. But overall in a good location and good apartment.

The grounds are well kept and gorgeous. The apartments are in amazing shape and the office is just a short walk away if you need anything!! Our apartment was clean and gorgeous. My husband and I couldn't be more happy that this is our first apartment together!!

Breckinridge Court Apartments here in Lexington Ky is an ideal choice for location and price. Breckinridge's staff are very good people and do an excellent job serving their community. I do recommend that Breckinridge upload photos of each apartment they are renting out. The digital floorplan alone is not enough to make an informed decision for moving in. However, they made very good improvements and additions to my apartment prior to my move-in date by replacing the tile floors and adding a FOB door lock. Not too bad for choosing Breckinridge!

This apartment complex is very clean and quiet. The staff are so kind and very good at keeping residents informed of things. The apartments are in great shape and a very safe neighborhood. They do a great job cleaning the parking lot after snow and ice storms as well.

Complex is close to everything you need. Numerous grocery stores within 2 miles, a large mall is located approximately 2 1/2 miles away. There are numerous hospitals within 5 miles. Access to the interstate is approximately 3 miles away. First responder personnel are close by and this includes fire and police presence. is close by at all times. I don't know much about the nightlife because I do not get out at night so I'm not sure exactly what the facilities are. Overall, a fairly quiet neighborhood. After the recent snowfall maintenance staff was there scattering salt and shoveling sidewalks promptly.

It's a decent community with several amenities. The location is good and travel is easy to many locations within the city. There's a workout center, a pool, and a community garden. It's one of the better places in town.

Maintenance called to say they would NOT come out to clean up until my sink was overflowing. Otherwise they will be over in the morning. Do you think that THIS is overflowing, or should I wait five more minutes and call again? I get floods and plumbing issues at least once a year.

Was delayed move in by a week because of some issues with former tenant. The place is nice from first glance but if you really take a closer look around you will see quite a bit of imperfections not easily noticeable until you see it everyday. I do wish the gym had more to it like a bench press, deadlifting bar or just some free weights.

Good community so far. No complaints Quiet place, other than the sirens. There is a park not too far which is a plus for walking. The pool seems to be open which is nice. The office staff is little to no help other than just getting you in. Other than that! If you're looking for affordability this is a good place.

This is a great apartment community. I feel safe. All maintenance requests are solved quickly by knowledgeable employees. The office staff are all extremely helpful with anything that arises. There are many amenities on the property that are available, my favorite being the pool in the summer.
