Great place to live. Everything is close by and in walking distance. Plenty of resident parking. Ground are meticulous and cared for regularly. The leasing office answers questions fast. A real nice place to live.

I enjoy living at Beverly Commons, the staff is responsive and personable. My building is well kept and the neighbors are quiet. Unfortunately my unit does not have a washer/dryer and there is only one set in the building for at least a dozen units.

We are happy because we found this place inside Beverly.The place is quiet and the scenery is relaxing.Lots of parking for the tenant.The rental fee is good.Only the downside is the common share laundry area in each building need to add more unit to accommodate the number of tenant in each building.

Beverly Commons is clean and well maintained, maintenance and office staff are helpful and respectful. The location is ideal for shopping, eating and travel. Grounds are well maintained. There is very little trash on the grounds

If your looking for a great community to live in you must choose Beverly Commons. All the places i have lived in that were community base dont come close to Beverly Commons. The staff is great they take every work order and complaint and need of th tenants and resolve it immediately. I love living here. Thank you management and maintenance team for making it comfortable to live in this great community.

Very close to major highways, transportation, trains and buses, right next to the hospital, and grocery stores and pharmacies. Also very close to schools. Lots of restaurants and entertainment. The Beverly Commons community is great for people who have more than one car, and pets

used to be well managed

I have lived here for several years and always leave excellent reviews but it has really gone downhill. They are renting to people that are not very good neighbors. There are disputes and messes everywhere. Things don't get fixed so quickly like they used to. There was a dead mouse in the laundry room. The office took away my handicap parking spot because they lost the paperwork then my closet door came crashing down and almost hit me today. Not worth the high rent anymore

I've been at Beverly Commons for 25 years now. The location is convenient to the highway and the commuter rail. Shopping is close by. Maintenance is always prompt and professional. I would recommend this as a safe and convenient place to live.

This is a lovely apartment complex. Well maintained grounds with lots of plants and flowers. My apartment is spacious. Good storage and layout. Appreciate the gym and community room. Maintenance staff is very responsive.

My son and I are very satisfied with our apartment, the community, the staff, the maintenance personnel, and our living experience at Beverly Commons. I have found the grounds very clean and well maintained, the parking is more than sufficient, the inside building areas are very clearn and well kept, and the office personnel have been very friendly, attentive and accommodating. We very much enjoy and appreciate living at Beverly Commons.

Overall a nice community but the upkeep isn't there most of the stuff is super outdated or out of code and they do just enough to get by inspections there isn't any real improvements for the cost of the rent.

Great experience. Wonderful management, and a hard working maintenance crew. Properly is maintained beautifully. The amenities are wonderful especially the beautiful pool in the summer. The gym is a great. Overall it's been a wonderful year at Beverly Commons.

So far so good. My only con is that the neighbors are loud and the train is quite loud as well. There was so paint on the floor and the cabinets were not cleaned but nothing too bad. So far I feel very safe in my new apartment which was a big reason why I moved here. It seems like a very safe neighborhood.

Very dated apartments. Carpet worn-shower dirty-nice people-rent continues to go up without without even minor upgrades to apartment. Staff tries to be rsposive but they seem not have control on any substantial upgrades. Community lounge beautiful but locked for people who work during the day.
