Run fake old apartments not maintained

Run, flowers take aware from the pipe issues and water contamination getting in constantly, Absolutely horrid to live here, biggest mistake! No single women dangerous Mngt doesn’t care Turn around rate

One of the best places to reside and raise your children especially you love quiet simple neighborhood and I'm a minority and going thru a lot I love my peaceful life. Simplicity is key and Beverly Commons it is.

The community is well cared for. Maintenance is quick to remedy issues. The grounds are beautifully maintained. As a young family we love having all of the kids outside playing together, our daughter is able to have a lot of friends right here at home. The area is very safe and everyone looks out for eachother without being nosy.

everything looks great till now, the rent of the apartment is a little bit expensive comparing to other apartments in Beverly. I wish there was also a playground for the children. would be great. thank you

The Beverly Commons is a nice community and I find that my neighbors in my building are very courteous to all. The grounds are kept up and community improvements are made each year - there are community events as well.

Very smooth and easy move in process. Love my new home. Feels safe for my growing family. And I know if there are any issues management is just a phone call away. Everything was ready to go as soon as I walked into the leasing office to move in. And luckily it was because I moved 45 mins with a uhaul full of my personal belongings!

It's been pretty good so far! I've lived here for less than a year but everyone I come across has been super nice! It's kind of a drag to have one washer dryer per 15 or so units, so I often have to do my laundry offsite as it is never available. It also sucks having to pay for the dryer as well. Outside of laundry facilities, it's a great place to live!

Best experience I have ever had with the leasing agent she was amazing and so nice. The grounds were so clean the area is so quiet. So much parking. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for an apartment.

Maintenance and the leasing office staff are always very courteous and responsive. I love how close we are to the highway, shops etc. Also there is a huge pool and nice amenities (although mainly used in summer months)

Staff was friendly but could have been more informative. The maintenance could have done better with preparation of the apartment. Minor repairs but I expected there to be non because they have daily maintenance around.

It has been wonderful living here in 2024. Nice people here, the place is kid-friendly. Great location (accessible to highway, multiple stores nearby). I was able to pay the rent online with no issues. I love it here! There are people living above me and below me. And it seems to be quiet and peaceful enough. I have no complaints.

I love living here. The office staff and maintenance staff are all wonderful. The property is clean and we'll maintained. I'm so glad we found a pet friendly apartment in a great location. I wish it were a condo I could buy.
