Nice community in the summer. You get to meet more people then. During the winter you don't really see anyone. As a parent I had to search for children that mine could play with(9 and 6). It is a great value for the location. The train is a 5 minute walk away and the shopping mall for groceries and other random stuff is right next to us.

The manager is sometimes difficult to approach or intimidating, especially about matters pertaining to rent/payment. The area is beautiful and right next to high school/middleschool/colleges, access right off the highway. The apartments are beautiful, but still too pricey.

Friendly and professional management! Applying and moving was a breeze with understating neighbors. Prompt and convenient maintenance even when weather is at its worst. So far we are experiencing a trustworthy community! We can't complain!

We have been living here almost a year and have had a wonderful experience! Great staff and beautiful apartments. So convenient to shops and restaurants, the highway, and the train! Perfect for a single person, couple, or a small family. Best of all its affordable!!

I have been very satisfied with my stay at Beverly Commons. I particularly like the service for any problems that arise. The location is good for me. Very close to restaurant and shopping. Also like the heating which is very uniform and easy to use - always very comfortable.

Very good. Quiet and close to everything grocery stores, train, highway. Maintenance requests are always completed on the next business day.All buildings, amenities and common areas are well taken care of. No complaints so far. Thanks.

I feel safe here - that is very important to me. Though the rent is a little high for a one bedroom with the train behind my building. The grounds are wellkept and the ofice staff is very professional. My neighbor are relatively quiet and parking issues are addressed quickly.

We love it here. We enjoyed every minute of this amazing summer at the pool grills. They always kept the propane filled and the life guards were great. We just resigned another year lease and are looking forward to another great year at Beverly Commons. We love the office staff, breakfast in the club house and the amazing friends we have made in our neighbors here. We love the friendly and wonderful maintanece staff and the quiet and beautiful areas to walk around. Living here has been so convenient for work, shopping and the great schools.

I just moved in to this complex. So far I have no complaints save for the way that maintenance just enters your apartment without permission or notice. I came home after a weekend away to find that someone had been in my apartment to fix a gasket which most definitely did not constitute an emergency.

I moved to Beverly Commons in April. I had a very "short" list of items to be repaired. Joe arrived with a maintenance bucket with all the parts needed for repair. He came in and efficiently made the repairs. In addition the Leasing company has been extremly helpful, I was surprised that Joe and Heather remembered my name.

Beverly Commons is a very well maintained and good apartment community. Office staff are very good. Maintenance issues are promptly addressed. Being close to the shops and commuter rail is good advantage.

The apartments are large, attractive and well-maintained. The location of the complex is convenient to shopping and the highway. The grounds are well cared for year round. The office staff and maintenance workers are friendly. The parking lots and common areas are well-lit.

Just started moving in but I love it already. Everything is clean and the people are nice. The apartments are well kept and smell nice. I cant wait to get all moved in and call this place home. I love the north beverly area as well. Right next to the highway is a plus.

I have had an overall good experience here at Beverly Commons... The apartments are clean, updated, and ready at move in... Maintenance crew is quick and very good! Landscaping and snow removal crews are the best I've seen or experienced, in apartment living...

I feel so blessed to live in such a beautiful complex, with staff that cares about all the concerns of their residents! Joe the manager is always understanding and willing to go the extra mile to help my family and I out in our time of struggle. There are words that can express my gratitude for that! Truly the best place to live!!!

I moved to Beverly Commons from MD about 4 months ago and I am very happy with my experience. The price of the apartment is reasonable for the location and amenities included. Only negative is the distance and commute to Boston. Close to train.

Good quality construction of the buildings. Common areas well maintained. Staff is very responsive to my maintenance requests. Location is convenient to shopping, public transportation as well major roads. You have reasonably quick access to downtown Boston, Logan airport as well as recreation areas in New Hampshire/Vcermont/Maine.

Love the area in which i live peaceful quiet neighborhood is nice convenient to the train stores beaches love grilling at the pool good fitness room. Nice neighbors. Love being outside and listening to the different birds.

My son and I have been happy here. The staff is always very helpful. When there are any maintenance needs Joe is always very prompt on getting to the apartment to repair whatever the problem is. My only complaint would be the parking. Guests still park in resident ares and during a snow storm it can be very hard to find a parking spot.

I am happy with my apartment and living her in this community. It is convenient to just about evreything I need and use, grocery store,drug store, bank, church and doctors and my sons home in Beverly. I am impressed with the maintenance to the grounds and to me personally.

Being a long term resident I have generally been pleased with my community...the grounds and buildings are kept in great shape, the maintenance team is very responsive and qualified and the value vs. rent has seemed to be adequate.

Somehow quiet place, but does not accommodate for recycling pickup. Storage units are very small just for a couple of bicycles and do not have controlled temperature as they are directly under the roof on the highest level above all units.

Staff is very professional. Buildings and grounds in excellent condition. Friendly community, neighorhood. Very family friendly. Noise from nearby highway is annoying, but not the fault of Corcoran Management Company. All in all a great place to live.

WE LOVE IT HERE...THEY KEEP IT SO CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED! WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTESY! THE NEIGHBORS ARE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY. MY ONLY COMPLAINT MIGHT BE THAT WE SHARE A WASHER AND DRYER WITH TWENTY EIGHT OTHER APARTMENTS!
