Beautiful community but not very happy with the policies they have. For example, in my opinion these are very pretty communities but would be way prettier and over all better if they had a NON SMOKING policy in EVERY building.

The complex is very well run. Any problems are taken care of almost immediately. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. No noice issues which is a real plus. Would recommend to others for sure.

Beverly Commons is a great place to live for young people if your just moving away from home. I moved into my apartment two years ago and it's a great place to live for someone like me who works a lot and goes to school.

Beverly Commons houses a community of respectful and kind residents and everyone who works here, whether in the leasing office or maintaince, conducts themselves in the most professional manner. The amenities offered as a part of residency cannot are beyond comparison and I have only had good experiences. I hope to live here for years to come.

Solid experience been here two years summer is great with the pool. Updated fitness center and clubhouse were great ideas and look much better . I wish there was more activities they could put together so people in the community would interact

Everything has been fabulous since the first day viewing the apartment. The office staff was very helpful and educated. My neighbors are always assisting me and my boys, it's like we are one big family. When I had to put in a maintenance request it was dealt with that same day and during a power outage at that. A+ to the staff!

I just moved in. The general appearance and cleanliness of the apartment is good and the one small issue with the bathroom sink needing to be snaked so it would drain properly was addressed immediately. My one complain is the amount of dog poop all over the grass.

The development is well maintained, safe and staff is very responsive if you have any issues. Location is very convenient to stores, highway and schools but still quiet. We have really enjoy living here and would recommend it.

Beverly Commons is a great first home and even permanent place to reside for some. The location is better than anything we will ever find again. it is so close to stores, shops and has easy access to many things that make life easier and fun. Beverly Commons has a great staff, I never once had an issue with trusting maintenance to come fix our home when we weren't even there. Wish we could stay and didn't have to relocate for work- it is worth every penny of your $$ to live here.

I just moved in during July. I have found it to be very comfortable. The apartment was neatly prepared, the conditions very welcoming, the atmosphere very peaceful. Residents are very welcoming and giving you lots of room to be as involved as you want.

Overall, my time at Beverly Commons has been great! During the move in, Joe was very helpful and everything was extremely clean when we entered the apartment. The toilet was not working properly, but someone was here within an hour to fix it.

Love it so far.. nothing to crazy to complain about.. paranoid about rent increase at the end of lease though. Very paranoid.. I know Massachusetts do not have rent control and I absolutely hate the process of moving and or looking for places to rent/buy

It's okay. The only complaint I have is that my neighbors smoke in their homes, which I can smell when walking in to my apartment. But otherwise, I can't complain. And I know the building can't do anything about that. So, yolo.

Great place to live in, with very pleasant single bedroom apartments. Area is fairly nice, with a super market and shopping plaza just across the road. My only complaint is that the buildings are not very sound proof inside the building (I.E. hearing neighbors running up an down stairs).

Beverly Commons has beautiful landscaping that changes with the seasons and a very friendly maintenance staff. It is a pet free community, but I have seen a couple dogs and cats around that are probably service animals.

Nice place to live, pool is a bones in the summer but the water is very cold. Trees need to be trimmed WAY back so the sun can warm the water. Children get super cold due to temp of the water and that puts them at risk.

A great place to live. Grocery store and other shopping opportunities all in walking distance. The property is well maintained and landscaped. Plenty of on site parking for visitors and residents. An excellent living experience so far.
