Just moved in and so far so good. The office personnel are great and very accommodating during the process. Like almost everywhere parking seems to be a ordeal and visitor parking is a free for all. Apartments are nice but wouldn't go to the extent of calling them luxury. Wall paint is cheap, 3 different kinds of tile in that bathroom, and there is no cabinets or storage in the bathroom. Kitchen is small but good enough for a single person or couple that doesn't do a lot of cooking.

Wonderful Staff and Maintenance Crew, Clean Buildings and Well Kept Grounds. Spacious Townhouses with lots of Natural Light. Great neighborhood. Off street parking, Very Close to 128, and Commuter Rail.

Nice place to live. Pretty quiet. Anytime I request maintenance it is taken care of immediately. Was better 10 years ago when I moved in. They removed the storms doors in the townhouses And I I ave to leave mi lights on all day. No natural light anymore.

Amazing place to live. Easy access to highway. Easy access to shopping mall. Maintenance resolves issues right away. I would live here forever of I could. Good neighbors. Good neighborhood. Nice schools

Experience is now great now that we are in a townhouse and dont have grumpy downstairs neighbors. I do believe we should have a place to recycle and i love that there is breakfast offered but i believe healthier option s should be available. Like fruit and grabola bars. I believe they would last longer than donuts and save money in the long run.

It's been a great place to live and be living in a caring and understand community which tries to uphold the peace and security that a lot of tenets are looking for and crave. With that being said in would stay here as long as the setting does not change.

The community and staff are wonderful. I would recommend this community to everyone. The staff is very outgoing and willing to work with you. The people in the community are wonderful and very friendly.

We have been very happy with our apartment here. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the grounds are beautiful. Walking distance to shopping plaza is great and close to hospital, school and transportation. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Make sure when getting important information that it is consistent from one person to another and the lease. Dont rush in even if they say "it wont last" or "you wont find another like this". Try to negotiate the lease if they want the unit filled that day. Dont forget, you can always walk away.

I had the opportunity to live in this place and i would recommend it to all my friends , decent price in nice place and quite neighborhood and convenient, near the commute and shopping plaza and good people working in the leasing office

We moved into one of the Beverly Commons Townhouse recently. The apartment was clean, painted and had updated flooring. Very satisfied with the support from the Leasing Office and Support staffs. Overall a happy experience.

I like that this place don't allow dogs due to my allergies. People are friendly and helpful. I love the elderly presence, the good conversations with other tenants. The office staff are extremally helpful and professional. The only one thing I would love to see change is getting access to the bathroom after 6pm since the fitness center is open 24 hrs.

Nice and clean places have gym's room and swimming pool for relaxing when summer time , parking - off street, good place to walk. Have a storage space for each apartment. The place for community that you able to use WiFi.

Living here so far has been great! We just moved in two weeks ago and have had no issues. Maintenance has been so fast and the leasing office has been so helpful with all of my questions, especially Sebastian!

Office staff are helpful and professional as are the maintenance staff. The grounds are clean and well maintained. It's a quiet community. My children and I are very happy here. The staff made the moving process easier than expected.

Very enjoyable. I have met some lovely new people! I haven't felt this safe in a longtime. The grounds make me happy every morning when I get up. It is also fabulous to live in an updated beautiful apartment.

Fair level of cleanliness but rent too high for value (or lack there of) provided by apartment complex. Dated apartment lacking modern amenities from kitchen, to bathroom, entry and hallway. Appearance is subpar.

You guys were excelent helping us out and cleabubg the rugs. We are good and enjoyable to talk to about rent and receiving checks. Very helpful for leaks and fixing things when needed. Rosie loves the staff.

Beverly Common Apartment is nice and quite, great location. It's easy to get to Hwy and shopping malls. Maintenance is great. Nice environment, staff take care of their business and handle issues professionally

It is a wonderful place to live. The management is always available to help, the place is clean and attractive. I have been here for couple months, and my satisfaction is total. Beside being disappointed in the gym, and the pool area for being too small and too limited. My experience here is fine. I personally don't think that we needed to update the clubhouse. The gym was what needed updates.

This is a great environment to live and it's nice and quiet the people are friendly maintenance call get done quick. I will recommend this place for a friend to live.. they have a fitness Room Lounge and swimming pool it's a great place to live in
