Good area, close to multiple amenities. Community rail is so close to the building but you didn't hear anything from the inside, on winter heat system is always on (and on the Management). Rooms are big and nice, closets spacious, no microwave in the unit.

I've only been living here for a few days, but so far it has been great. It's quiet, clean, plenty of parking and great service from the leasing office. My only cons are the thin walls, (you can hear a lot coming from the hallways while in the living room, but thankfully, it doesn't happen often.) no peepholes on the doors, and no way to manually lock a door without using keys.

I toured the property and was well informed of the communities amenities. The grounds and buildings are well kept and the property manager was very helpful with all the information she provided. The tour of the unit I was interested in was great. I started the application process the day after my tour and I hope to move in December 15th.

It was nice and quiet. I liked how some of the utilities were included too. I liked that it had a gym and was close enough to a super market and the MBTA. It's also just a short drive to the north shore mall as well!

I live in a great community with my two kiddos, and they both go to the local elementary school. There are plenty of child-friendly spots around here, and my kids have made a bunch of friends. I feel really safe in this area for my family, and the apartment itself is amazing - it's got everything we need. The other day, my dishwasher broke down, but the management team replaced it with a new one in less than 24 hours! They're really on-the-ball when it comes to taking care of things. If you ever need anything, you can request it online, and there's a 24/7 hotline if there's an emergency.

Residents are aware not everyone treated equally, half residents rent increased other half not. Per police video would help to avoid manner and moral issue of residence. Protection of property Per residents too much money spent on flowers but not on upkeep of units(???)

It's been great. We have had some terrible luck at first. We had all sorts of maintenance issues at the beginning, then our neighbors pipe burst, which caused a massive leak into our unit and did significant damage. We thought we were going to have to move. But the damage had been repaired in about a month and everything has been smooth sailing since then.

I moved into Beverly commons because endicott college did not have any available housing, in the beginning I wasn't too happy but after moving in and seeing the place and being here I am very happy with the decision I made.

Neighbors slam doors and open laundry window that let bugs in. Can hear neighbors yelling, showering, and waking up to upstairs neighbors making thumps. Maintenance are very helpful and do their best appreciate their work. Asked for one bedroom multiple times with no result. Was promised called from Property Manager never received one!

Beverly Commons is a wonderful community. The staff is kind and really cares. The residents are considerate and warm. It's a lovely place for families, with lots of children playing outside and a pool with a lifeguard in the summer.

Quiet and comfortable place, good for kids to play, ride a bike, swim. There is a train station, supermarket, pharmacy very close and this helps a lot for those with children. So one thing I think should improve is garbage collection. There is no recycling of garbage, it would be very good if there were.

The friendliness of the office staff was awesome. They made me feel comfortable and tge move was great. There is shaws within walking distance, 2 min to Beverly Hospital, 5 min to downtown and 2 min to RT 128. The apartment is pretty much closed to everything and is 1 reason I choose Beverly Commons

Maintenance is prompt, pool is great during the summers and the landscaping is fantastic all year, they have community events in the clubhouse. It's a great place to live, close to highways and plenty of shopping right in the neighborhood.

I found this apartment very nice as a first time buyer. I do feel that this needs to have more upgraded appliances. I do feel that this was very close to a lot but you still have to drive everywhere. I wish that there was more communication as well.

We just moved but we are very happy with the community so far. Quiet, clean, family oriented. Very safe to walk around with kids. Pool, gym, laundry. We have our own outdoor space in our town home. Next to commuter rail, pharmacy, 2 grocery stores, and many good restaurants.

The staff at the office are both courteous and helpful. That being said the maintenance team does not respond in an appropriate amount of time. When my family and I first moved in we were told that the tub needed to be reglazed. This was not an issue except for the fact that it didn't happen until almost 3 weeks after we moved in. This is much different than the first Thursday we were there as it was described to us. also, after moving in, there was a clear amount of mold coming through the paint on the ceiling of the shower area. The team came back the following day to "clean up" and remove tape from the shower and pick up from where they painted. Needless to say, I ended up having to vacuum paint shavings and remove tape that was left after the second time the maintenance team had been on scene. I tried to brush it off but the problem continued with a frozen pipe that broke despite cranking up the heat in an attempt to avoid this. When the pipe thawed, water flooded the apartment. It has been almost a month and we still have machines limiting the space of our living area due to the leak. I was les than impressed by how this was handled. I do understand that we were not the only unit to have an issue but at no time did staff attempt to assist us in any way or attempt to make up for the trouble of not having heat on the two coldest recorded days in Mass history in the month of January.
