The neighbors are quiet. There are no trouble makers. It is nice to have a storage unit and close to the beach. There is a a fitness area open 24 hours.The second car has to pay for a parking space. The only issue is cigarette smoke from downstairs.

This is a first rate apartment complex and all the staff I've been in contact with are professional courteous and very pleasant and eager to help. The complex is a quite well maintained and well located community. You will love it here.

I think the walls and floors are poorly done due to the noise level of my neighbor upstairs. People going up and down the stairs are loud and inconsiderate. It's a great community thus far, the one issue is noisy neighbor.

It has been a good place to live. The pool and grills were nice to have in the summer and the outdoor areas are always well kept. The only reason we would leave would be to upgrade the kitchen area and find a place with a deck and in-unit laundry.

It is nice and quiet mostly. I wish the common area was available longer. By the time I get out of work it is closed. I also wish you could have small pets. The resonse of the maintinence crew was very timely.

Recently I moved in, till now environment, services provided by apartment is good. Its very good place to live. Apartment staffs are really handling the very good way for any services. Near by has shopping center, rail, school, restaurants.

While, this is a pleasant neighborhood, there were instances when alarm sound goes on for no reason, and I think same thing happened with my neighbors. Plus, neighbors should work on not throwing ad mails nor trash on the floor and ground.

The location is very good, 3 minutes driving to the supermarket, 5 minutes to my kid's school, 15 minutes to the shopping mall. The landscaping is very nice. The staff is very helpful. I feel safe living here. My family and I sleep very well because the we can not heard any noise from outside during whole night.

The setting for this Apt complex is beautiful and the staff is excellent and very professional. The rent is reasonable for this area. It is in easy walking distance to an excellent shopping center. It is a quiet community with many amenities including a pool and fitness facility.

Location: Ideal for North Shore and close to essential amenities and Route 128. Neighbors: Generally keep to themselves, short and long term residents. Parking: Unassigned and reasonably abundant outdoor parking. Noise: RARELY. Gardens: Very nice. Small garden critters and many song birds. Staff: Empathetic and convivial. The staff make it work.

The staff is always polite and responds in a timely manner to each question and request. Maintenance goes above and beyond to ensure each issue is resolved. The friendliness is a common theme among staff, helping to ensure each resident feels welcome. The grounds are so lovely, and the layout of the complex further adds to the look of a neighborhood, with flower beds and landscaped roundabouts. The amenities include a clubhouse, small gym, and pool, all very well maintained. Without a doubt this is the loveliest most welcoming apartment complex in the area.

We have enjoyed living in this town house. The complex is relatively quiet and a diverse make up of residents. The option of renting a town hose was the best choice we made. We were down sizing from an eight room home, no washer/dryer in the Th 4.

We have enjoyed living at Beverly Commons and think they have the best maintenance team there is! The grounds are beautiful year round! The office staff is always most helpful too. There is easy access to the highway, the ocean and all that the North Shore has to offer!

Lovely area - pictures on line helped me decide to visit here. I needed a place that was within walking distance to shops. Apartment very clean and updated. I am very happy here. Plenty of closet space and storage space! Never had that before!

The Beverly Commons community is a great place to live in. It is very quiet, safe, and beautiful. The staff are always professional and the maintenance crew is very proficient. I can't wait for the summer to arrive so I can lay by the pool. In the winter, I never have to touch a shovel as the crew is always on top of it. I would highly recommend these luxury apartments to friends and family.

I was impressed when I drove into the complex because it felt like a community. The varied building styles, landscaping, lots of lighting and close parking. The maintenance workers are on the premises, on top of things and helpful. Office staff professional and helpful. It's home!!

I love living here you have the shopping mall right out the back yard easy access to the highways very quite area you have the swimming area in the summer and cook outs also winter they do a wonderful job plowing and shoveling keeping the walk way clear love this place.

I have now been a resident of the Beverly Commons for 3 years. One major thing I think they need to do is to update all the appliances ( dishwasher/stoves/fridge) in the apartments that don't already have stainless steel. Also my specific building you can literally hear everything, even conversations from people in their own apartment above and below. Lastly I wish the could secure the back door better because every single time it closes it shakes my mirrors and rattles my apartment and I am on the third floor, it's just extremely loud.

I have been happy at Beverly Commons. The location to shopping, restaurants, and highways is excellent. I had one small service issue and it was taken care of within 24 hours. Walkways are parking were well cleaned after a snow. Apartment was clean upon my original move in date.
