Beverly commons is a hidden Jewel in the Beverly rental market. The on-sight management staff is friendly and efficient. The maintenance crew is timely and effective. I have already recommended Beverly Commons to friends and colleagues who are looking for a new home. Since the day I moved in, I have been very impressed with my living experience here. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The neighbors I have met or very pleasant and friendly. I fell I made an excellent choice in moving into Beverly Commons.

This has been an amazing area to live. The grounds are well taken care of and if a problem ever arises within the apartment it is handled quickly and efficiently. The location of this complex could not be more perfect. Being close to downtown and the ocean has been amazing.

I moved into Beverly Commons after months of good communication with the property manager Joe Uni. Beware there whole MO is to get tenants to move in on low rent and then raise the rent the following year. In the first few months that I moved in I discovered serious mold in one of the bedrooms. Following that I became aware that 95% of my building was voucher applicants. The property manager Joe Uni intimidates residents by sending threatening letters for example if a tenant left their laundry out to dry.His maintenance people are like Hitlers constantly monitoring the building.God forbid you leave a chair outside or it will be thrown in the dumpster. The heat and hot water was turned off for more than one entire week at a time with no explanation, making myself and the older residents sick. When it came time to renewing my lease the property manager Joe Uni raised my rent by a whopping 35 percent, I believe this was to discriminate against me having a service animal. In the second year I had no heat for the entire winter. I wouldn't recommend Beverly Commons to anyone. Corcoran Management needs to hire a new property manager.

Wouldn't recommend Beverly Commons more like a prison camp than a home. And the property manager like one of those mean guards waiting to pounce on you for any reason (like leaving a lawn chair out). First year rent reasonable; second year rent doubles, no warning, no explanation! Damp and mold, heating not working in winter. If you want a happy life stay away from Beverly Commons (especially with current property manager!)

After being an upstanding tenant with rent always paid in full and on time for 2 years at Beverly Commons, under the management of Corcoran Management, I was targeted by the property manager for a personal vendetta. The property manager rented me my unit under false pretenses and when suited to him abused his power of management to harass me. The property manager made false accusations about my tenancy and continually interfered with my reasonable enjoyment of my unit; as well as, has tried to black my name and prevent me from obtaining housing else where. In my opinion the property manager is unfit and unqualified to preform duties as a property manager and any tenant under his care is at risk of losing their tenancy at any moment due to his lack of professional standards. I highly recommend any tenant or perspective tenant to find other accommodations while this property manager remains at Beverly Commons.

I chose Beverly Commons for the beautiful grounds, cleanliness of the apartments and the monthly rental. I looked at numerous places in beverly and by far Beverly commons is the best. The rental office staff and the maintenance staff are very friendly and professional

I love the Beverly Commons everyone is nice they've got a great facility pool gym alright they're easy access always clean they also always have donuts and bagels every morning in the main building everyone is very friendly maintenance is on top of their game neighbors are friendly I have no complaints at all

Beverly Commons is better run and maintained than most other apartment homes in the area. The apartment layout, quality, inclusion of utilities and community amenities makes it a great value. They provide a lot of storage both in the apartment and in available storage closets. Be aware that recycling isn't available and smoking is allowed in this community. That's very important to know if you don't want to be in a space with cigarette smoke.

Irs the best place to live! I do recommend my friends to leave here, its close from everything, and it is a quite neighborhood, its great during the summer, they keep the pool clean and safe for all the residents. Kids can play outside! Its a safe place

Our experience was one of delight and relief. We are fond of nature and one of the first things we saw were many trees, and spacious areas between parking spaces. Secondly, we saw beautiful children of different races and ages playing together in the snow. Nature and diversity! Doesn't get much better than that. To top it off our apartment is seemingly brand new, comfortable, cozy and affordable. Management is around seven days a week and very approachable and helpful.

Very well maintained apartmentes with a lot to offer. It's is located in a very good area which makes it convienet. The community is very friendly and respectful. If you ever need any maintenance work done in your apartment they take care of it immediately. I would defiantly recommend them.

We love living at Beverly Commons! The community is clean, friendly and quiet. We especially love the location - so close to the highway, grocery stores, restaurants, general shopping, the commuter rail, etc. We have been here for over 3 years and have no complaints!

We have only been at Beverly Commons for 2 weeks now but are very happy so far. We shopped around in the area a lot but this location really seemed to have the best value. We're excited about the pool and fitness center, and look forward to being close to the local beaches this summer! It's very close to the commuter rail which is great for work, and the train is really not loud or annoying to me at all personally. There is lots of great shopping in the area and I'm looking forward to our first year here.

Beverly Commons is a very nice place to live. Off the main road but very accessible to grocery shopping and other stores and Route 128. Easy to get to. Lovely landscaping - lots of trees and flowers. Maintenance is always quick to respond. Large rooms and plenty of closet space.

I have been here close to seven years and I have no complaints whatsoever!! The ambience is outstanding, the grounds are always well kept ,and snow removal is prompt! The best part about living here is when you have a maintenance issue it gets resolved immediately! Unlike any other other place I've ever lived in! Close to the highway, plazas, and great restaurants nearby to boot! ??

I enjoy living here. The grounds are like a prep school, the apartments like dormitories. I took a lot of pictures, as each vista (to me) is as exciting as a classic oil painting, with the New England skies of Summer and Autumn just filled with color and beauty against the boarding school look of the buildings. Even the sounds near my window facing a highway are more like waves on the beach than cars on a freeway. In practical matters, repairs and maintenance happen in twenty-four hours. The staff is mostly polite. Yes, a good experience. I recommend it.
