Overall an extremely peaceful community to live in. My apartment had thick carpeting that required frequent vacuuming to maintain, and there was a mouse issue at one point (resolved). In the morning, due to buses and school days it can get somewhat noisy. There was only one washer and dryer for the entire building, so sometimes it was difficult to plan for that shared usage. It also costs for both the wash and dry cycle. The pool is great to read by in the summer, but it is often full of kids and again, loud. Gym is small but has all the essentials. Parking is unassigned but there are always enough spaces. There is only trash, no dumpster for recycling which was a bit frustrating, but it was easy to bring that elsewhere. Staff is great, super helpful and responsive to any questions/issues. Above all, it is an extremely SAFE space.

Management is very kind and reasonable. The grounds are kept very nicely in the summer. Ample parking and clean buildings. Everybody seems to be friendly and quiet. I enjoy living here very much. Its close to the commuter rail.

I enjoy living here. Its very peaceful and quiet. Stores are within walking Distance, which is a plus. Easy access to Route 128 is another plus. The only bad thing is the trains that come by, causing traffic headaches.

Overall good experience and quality of living at this apartment complex. The pool is fantastic in the summer and it is a very kid friendly place to live. Apartments themselves are nice and spacious all though I wish I had a bit more storage space. Staff is nice and helpful and maintenance is quick to fix issues.

I absolutely love living in beverly commons. I love the area the area and beautiful landscape the property has to offer. The pool and club house are excellent. I would love to continue to live here..

Maintenance Staff is OUTSTANDING - Mike is prompt, courteous, and thorough in his work. Heather is awesome and responds quickly to any communication or request. Staff cannot control/patrol the residents - too many barking dogs have moved in within the last year - residents prop the outside doors open from time to time - residents are so DISRESPECTFUL of the dumpster and staff ends up cleaning it all up - CONSTANTLY. It's not fair, and my 3 star responses have NOTHING to do with the outstanding staff at this community.

We love the pool, walking distance from the shaws plaza, walking distance to north beverly elementary, yard is well kept. 21 stairs to the 3rd floor. It makes me sad that there are no pets allowed at all.

The community is very quiet and respectful! All staff are personable and want to solve any problems you may have as quickly as possible. The grounds are well kept, buildings are regularly cleaned, and the apartments themselves are very neat upon move-in!

This place has everything I wanted, besides from the beautiful updated apartments, it has some great features as well such as clubhouse, pool, gym. It's a very quiet community which is a plus. Staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to keep the community safe, happy and united. Maintenance does a great job keeping up with new updates and fixing problems as soon as they hear about it.

Love it here and they fix things when needed and area is clean inside and out of complex and inside the buildings. Office personal is awesome and professional. Office manager Heather is amazing as well.

Other than the dumpster situation, I have been quite pleased here. I have noticed lately that garbage (paper products, plastic bags, etc.) have been left on the grounds, which causes concern. These seem to be cleaned fairly quickly.

I love beverly commons, and my kids too. We feel safe and enjoy all the amenities.. But, what more impress me is the response from office and maintenance when I need, very quick and efficient. I love it!

This is a quiet community except for the location to the MBTA train. office and maintenance staff are very nice and responsive. Townhouses are very nice with plenty of space. Updated units have laundry.

It's a great community community live in, nice neighbors and staff. The only challenge we have is the noise at Shaws plaza with early morning deliveries which we are working out with the city currently

Great community. Staff is helpful with maintenance requests and helping out with questions that we might have. Great location, tons of parking available. The facilities are very well kept and cleaned often.

Haven't been enough here to want to give a comment, but Heather is great. The building is old and not very isolated. Some people are making lots of noise. The building is not very clean. But its very convenient.

I have leaves here for 2 years . The Apartment complex is well kept , Maintainance and office staff are pleasant and efficient . Neighbors are quiet and respectful - the location is amazing and walking distance to parks / restaurants /shopping.

we moved in at Beverly commons in May 2017, and since then, the place has felt like home. we like staying in the community for few reasons which are : the maintenance of the place is incredible and very clean. The maintenance team is friendly and prompt to help with any problem; plus there is an emergency line for any issue that require to be done as an emergency. The security practice of the community is good! Heather, the manager with all her staff are very professional, friendly and supportive! The location is perfect and accessible for transportation to 128, or commute, also the surrounded with stores, restaurants and local entrainment. If you are looking for a place to live in the Northshore, please consider Beverly Commons as your next home!

It is good and comfortable. Specially the maintenance effort during snow storm is remarkable. Other than that, the location is good. Shops, gyms everything is nearby. Rent is a bit higher. But that can be manageable. I want to stay at least one more year.

During my last 10 years I lived in a lot of different places, this is place is the best !! Very comfortable living here !! Very Kids friendly place ! also ,high quality maintaining , and nice mangment!!
