The Beverly commons is beautifully landscaped. The buildings are clean inside and out. If you ever have a problem they are There ASAP. The pool area is kept beautiful. Every person that works here has been beyond kind to me. Love it here plan on staying for a long time.

Beverly Commons is a great place to live. I definitely feel a sense of security while living here. The grounds are maintained wonderfully and the snow removal is prompt. The flowers that bloom during the summer are beautiful and there's a great sense of community feeling while living in here.

We moved in and have been very satisfied with the 2 bedroom apt. We have met a few people in the building and all have been friendly and one in particular has been very helpful to us. All appliances in kitchen are first rate. For a small kitchen, it has pretty good cabinet space. The staff ((Heather and Jack) have been helpful in giving us all information about the Commons. We found the living room and bedroom very spacious. What is really great is the closet space!! all with shelf space. What drew us to the Commons in the first place is the park like surroundings, building design and the plantings in season.

I very much like the Beverly Commons community. My apartment building and most of occupants are pleasant and considerate and respectful of each other. I however should have been more aware, more inquisitive about the buildings resident population. Unfortunately not all residents are respectful of the fact that their environment is shared with many others. 99% of those living here realize that fact.

meh.. I think it is too expensive and noisy. Not much else to say, convenient to employer. Will probably not renew my lease. Not quite the environment I expected as the apartment itself it cozy, comfortable and immaculate when I moved in.

Not everything is up to date appliances, etc. I want something that looks more new to fit the standard now a days. I wish there were assigned parking spots for every apartment. We have several spots that the paint is chipping and coming off. Overall, I wish the apartment was more up to date.

Great place to live! I love how nice and clean the grounds are. Great maintenance staff! Very safe neighborhood and it's close to everything. The pool is amazing and great for the kiddos. I would recommend it to anyone!

Beverly Commons has been my residence for over one (1) year. THe pool is a lot of fun in the summer, as well as the ability to use the grills poolside. While nothing is perfect, BC is always able and willing to resolve any/all issues that I have had in an expedient manner and very professional.

I like a lot the community, my apartment is spacious, the neighbors are friendly and the staff always ready to answer my questions and concerns, even on Sundays. They are some common activities and spaces like the swimming pool area and the breakfast every weekday.

It's a safe, quiet and peaceful community, might be the best place in the city. Maintenance concerns are handled very well. No regrets for signing up for a long term lease. Price is reasonable enough.

One of the best place to live.. Thank you for everything you do.. I had complained about toilet and it’s now resolved. I have no other issue and everyone around me are nice too.. No noise issue, no parking issue, no maintenance issue.. nothing! Thank you!

Maintenance guys and Heather are great! Very friendly and attentive. Apartment has a nice layout. Small but functional kitchen. Grounds are always cleaned and landscaped well. I would like an extra washer/dryer per building. Aside from that, we have really enjoyed living here! Pool, gym and clubhouse are great amenities to have.

Mostly positive. The grounds are kept up beautifully. Staff is friendly. Negatives: laundry situation, my shower ceiling gets moldy often, no recycling. I think my experience depends on neighbors and how they behave. Some have made living here uncomfortable.

It was a community I was proud to have lived in but to live there now. That doesn't accommodate handicapped tenants is ridiculous. With the housing community making every effort to accommodate handicapped tenants I cannot believe I haven't been able to get any help with that! I have had my right hip and knee replaced and cannot get in and out the tub. I was allowed to put grabbed bars up and a bench chair installed by my doctors and I still have to lean over the tub and fall to the floor to get out the tub and try and get in the tub with a step ladder and could fall at anytime again.
