Very nice community apartments. Awesome staff. Pool,fitness room,and. Continental breakfast a nice ameneties. Security doors and laundry are great features. Grounds are well kept. No smoking policy was implemented recently which is a definite plus.

Easy move in, the staff was really helpful and got back to me with any questions I had. Its a little noisy at times but I'm coming from a single family home so that will take some getting used to I guess

We just moved in this weekend but we love it so far. We love that we are on the first floor and near parking. The pool is a great bonus and we're excited that we get to walk there when it is summer and that there is a grill.

Beverly Commons is very convenient to highways and shopping and has a great community feel. They also offer short term rentals which is what I needed. The staff has been great when I needed assistance as they are on-sight and very friendly!

Our move-in experience has been fantastic. Our leasing consultant, Sebastian, was exceptional. The property is beautiful, and our new apartment was clean and restored (it's clear how much attention to detail and care they put into these homes). Move in day was smooth and easy, and our new neighbor, who has been here 18 years, was very welcoming. Overall we got more than we could have asked for.

The two bedroom townhome i live in is very spacious, neighbourhood is quiet, the fact that the gas bills sre included is a big money saver in the winter time, it is very easy to communicate with the leasing office if you have any issues...

Bad with getting item fixed, need to be on time and show up and fix what they say that they fix or going to fix. I have insect and bugs that one seem to care about removing them, sink has been bag up fo over 4 day.

We had a very bad experience at our last apartment. Our experience right from the beginning at Beverly Commons was wonderful! Things that needed fixing were done within a week, which would never have been done in our last apartment. Things are updated in the apartment which is great!

Great community, Beautiful outdoor area to be able to walk around or sit on the grass and relax on a beautiful day. Property is well landscaped and maintained. Common areas are kept very clean and the office staff are welcoming and very approachable.

My experience through this whole process was amazing from the moment I stepped foot in the leasing office. The staff was amazing. The pool area is like a resort. I always feel like I'm on vacation when sitting by the pool. The landscaping on the property is beautiful. I would highly recommend luxury apartments at the Beverly Commons

Really nice place. A bit pricey but very convenient. I really like the upgrades to the fitness center. The pool is very nice. It would be great to either get another grill or limit people to only using one instead of both.

The Beverly Commons is a very nice small community of apartments. The rent is fairly affordable, especially for people trying to live on their own. There are also benefits such as a pool, grills to cook on, and a fitness center. The staff is very friendly and made moving in a very smooth and painless process. It is in a very nice location, a 5 min walk away from shaws, and the train station. There are also a number of very tasty restaurants nearby right down the street. The only downside is the amount of parking, because the apartments are so nicely maintained, and affordable everybody is living here so parking gets very overcrowded. But on the positive side, the parking lot beats street side meter parking

I like living at Beverly Commons Drive! The staff are professional & friendly they get the job done :) There are some Pros: the Staff & the speed of requests are fast. Cons: the rent is to high, loud music from neighbors,highway noise, Cigarettes/marijuana smell from inside the building, we can smell from the & Kitchen cabinets, horrible smell it shouldn't be allowed inside the building.

This is an Old apartment complex and you can hear neighbours. The rent rent increase significant after first year. With increases in rent was 10% in first year and expect it again this year. To be significant. Price/value for old building is not in sync.

Beverly Commons has been a great place to call home this past year. Apartments are good size, buildings and grounds well are kept, parking is easily accessible, great location, quiet, safe community with little to no disruptions. Pool is great in summertime.
