Nightmare. Don't come unless you are ready to flush your toilet for at least 10 times to clean it. After requesting 4 times, issue is not resolved. Maintenance team says it's normal since we live in 3rd floor. Unbelievable!!!

I have enjoyed living here so far. The maintenance staff are amazing! They are very quick to fix any issue that may come up. The maintenance staff are super friendly. There are many stores located close by too.

love beverly commons it's close to everything you need the staff is great the area is clean the winter plow team needs to be able to do a little bit better job i also think that i have ben retired this year and will have to adjust to living on a fixed income

Great place to live, close to shops, supermarkets and parks. In addition it's quiet neighborhood, great value for what you pay. This community is literally minutes from entertainment and right off of the highway.

The grounds are very well maintained the office staff is wonderful and very understanding when you have a problem always willing to help. The maintenance staff is very fast fixing problems the first time.

In my 4 th year living here, any problems I've had with the upkeep of my apartment has been taking care of immediately. I've had a new fridge out in, a new disposal when it broke, new dish washer when it broke, bathroom sink unclogged. Maintenance here is awesome! Can't ask here for any better! Thank you!

Fine experience with exception of interaction with very very rude assistant manager! Since found out from other tenants she is rude to all tenants. Her tone of voice and constant interruption and not letting the tenants speak is quite unprofessional! When I did speak to Heather about my interaction with the assistant manager there should have been a follow up call from the assistant manager to me apologizing for her negative behavior. I hope the management company sends her to communication workshops! Also when I was moving in it would have been polite to be given a choice of apartments. Especially since I was told the day I moved in there was lots of empty apartments. I NEVER EVER would have chosen an apartment directly across from the swimming pool. I specifically requested a very quiet apartment and this location is very noisy! It's where all the trucks park that do work on the grounds! Also the shower area was not cleaned when I moved in. The grout was dirty/mold. The positive is that Heather is very nice! Very responsive.

Meh. I mean, should I start with the mold in the bathroom that's been bleached and painted 4-6 times since we've lived here. Or, the mold in the bedroom? Clearly there's a mold issue that's been ignored for years before I arrived. KILLS only works for so long! Kitchen appliances are at least 20 years old, if not older, the cabinets have white covering adhered to them because I am sure they are circa 1969, and they don't close properly. The linoleum floor is circa 1969 as well, and has holes where the stove and fridge legs have been residing for many years. Shall I continue? Okay. The toilet emptied into our apartment not too long ago, albeit during a pandemic! Thanks for the new rug! ?? I mean, I'm sure I can think of more quality experiences in my time here at the Beverly Commons Luxury Apartments for $1900/month!! What a deal!! One step above Section 8 housing, maybe! $1900/month!

Beverly Commons is the best rental community I been living so far. The management staff is very friendly and helpful. My family and I love it here,and we are thinking to renew the lease. You will find everything in this community from the pool, gym, parks.

Communicative Staff. The questions were answered promptly during deciding an apartment. There were COVID-19 precaution measures in place. Virtual tours and Self Guided tours were also made available The apartment was clean before move-in.

Exsperiance is nice no issues I enjoy living at this community pool area is nicely kept it relaxing walk around the grounds. The fitness club area is great many different machines to choose from.

Generally nice apartment community. Centrally located near shopping, dining, and commuter rail. The property is older but internally the apartment is nice. Fixtures and carpeting is all new. Appliances are only a few years old.

This is a quiet and well-maintained comnunity. The staff is very friendly, and customer-focused.The location provides easy access to schools, major highways, shopping and restaurants. One may easily walj to Starbucks, Panera, and supermartkets. One may also walk to the commuter rail.

Great community, great management, convenient location. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The apartment in clean, spacious. Only complaint is the kitchen is small. Everything else, great windows, and tons on closet space.

My husband and I are very pleased to live here. We love the grounds The maintenance dept do a great job with keeping it up. There are always beautiful flowers to look out to. The downsize is there are no activities for socializing and getting to know people, that is a disappointment to us.

Once my lease is up, I am out here! My apartment is filled with ants/spiders/moths etc, not to mention the people across the hall leave there disgusting trash out in the hall way, the smell comes into my living room. They constantly air out there apartment opening all there doors after cooking smelly food. The woman down stairs from me complains if I drop a tissue on the floor. Beverly commons is NOT worth the money, especially when half the people living here are section 8. My lease can't be up fast enough

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process and I couldn't have asked for better treatment. The apartment is very nice and I love the location because it's so close to school. The only complaint I have is noise. The neighbors above us are fairly loud; I can hear their children screaming and running from 1pm - 11pm, sometimes earlier or later. This wouldn't be too much of an issue if I weren't in the apartment so much, but almost all of my classes are remote, and I do a lot of studying in my room too.

Beverly Commons is a great community. They have great staff and always provide excellent service. I haven't used the pool since I moved in back in December, but looking forward to it. It also has a nice small gym. If I ever need anything I feel comfortable asking management.
