I have only recently moved into Beverly Commons.So far I am very pleased with the living arrangements and service when I have had a problem. I was not sure that I was allowed to have a peep hole in the entrance door, but Joe had one installed within a week of my asking.

The location of the complex is perfect - right next to shaws and the bank and game stop for the kids. The pool is perfect for kids and the fact that there are so many other children living in the complex makes it nice for the kids to make friends. The place is great.

The apartment was freshly painted and the carpet was brand new when we moved in. The apartment was scrubbed clean. All we needed to do was decorate. My building, Magnolia, is quiet and peaceful. I had some concerns about noise before moving in but rarely hear the neighbors and the train, although nearby, is not deafening or disturbing.

I moved in not knowing what to expect. I had lived in my own home all my life except during college when I had a few challenging roommates in a third floor apartment. I found the staff pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Someone was always in the office to answer my few remaining questions. After 2 days of settling in, I began to meet a few of my neighbors. They took the time to show me around and make me feel at home. I took the room in the back for all my stuff. I find it comfortable and quiet.

My experience has been satisfactory. My only reservations have been my long commute to work, and lack of adequate laundry facilities. There are not enough washers or dryers to have the ability to get laundry done given the amount of residents in the building. On a good note, I enjoyed many weekends by the pool.

Very pleased with the lack of noise here. Also very pleased with the grounds. The office is very helpful with issues. The neighbors are very affable as well. Overall I am pleased with my time here and hope that it continues.

My $1600 a month town home has cracking paint throughout. Dishwasher barely cleans dishes. There was a flood on the first floor and walls were never fully finished. The front office has always had an attitude problem since I moved in. Shouldn't pay for a pool pass after all the rent that's paid.

At first it was good, used the moving company recommended by your office. But, later, seems I lost my threshold to my door by the laundry room to the point I feel I really don't exsist in the building. Have heard that not too many people have held my apt for more than a year. Inter play of residence in building, that I have had to order delivery food to sustain my door to place and name. Lost 2 jobs because they didn't believe I had a place to live let alone a kitchen to cook in. Wreid inside job by neighbors and slanderous calls or hang ups.

we had a wonderful experience when we arrived-the landscaping is top notch and the staff were very welcoming.they showed us around the entire community and we fell in love with the community right away.we looked at several apartment communities and we feel this one is the best.

I've lived here for about two years and am moving out at the end of the month. Only because we are buying a home. I really liked my apartment. The only downside is that you can hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing. And unfortunately for us we lived below a group of inconsiderate people that were stomping their feet at all ours of the night. We ended up having to use fans when we went to bed so we could drown out the neighbors constant stomping. But other than that we enjoyed our time here. Maintenence is very friendly and they keep up with the landscaping very well. The gym is cleaned often and kept up very well. One more downside is that it is not rent controlled. And the rent goes up every year!

I really enjoy living here. For most of the time it is pretty quite until the family up stairs come in about 8:30 pm at night. It's not a problem for me. The buzzer at the common doors are really loud.Why do they need to buzz in the common area? They should only buzz in the apartments

Great community. Quiet and very well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place up in this area. There is a lot to do and it is very convent. The highway is right there and also many scenic areas to visit with family or friends.

Beautiful landscaping, very nice apartment, pool and clubhouse. Their is a plaza across the way with 24 hour pharmacy, supermarket and several restaurants. They also have very good schools. All within walking distance. Snow is not an issue here. They do all the work.

I chose this community based on its location, considitions inside and outside, value, and of course Nate who helped me tour the apartment. Overall this has been a great experience of living at Beverly Commons, and I would not consider moving out if I am not buying a home! The maintenance crew is super! And snow shoverling also does a great job.

It's been a great location to live to be close to an elderly parent in rapid decline of health over last several years. However 1 office staff can be a bit "prickley" @ times-(newer face- a little too aloof & a bit of: "I-don't-really-care" attitude...NICE! When you stop caring about the public u serve; time to exit the business ! (she was also late-went drop my rent @ 12 noon & office still closed-no lights on & checks still stuffed in slot...)

I have loved living here. It's a short drive from school, (Endicott College). The property is well maintained, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here. Although the train going by my apartment is a turnoff, I have gotten used to it.

It's been very pleasant! Absolutely love and appreciate the beautiful landscaping. The train is loud, so soundproof windows would be nice. The pool is well-maintained and the management is superb. I also love that everything I need is a 5-minute walk away! I do wish the gym had a modern weight machine but it's very clean and neat.

To the most part peaceful- safe - convenient location only noise is due to the laundry room. fitness center very small. staff and maintenance crew nice and helpful. location near major roads and highways and shopping centers. Parking seems to be uncontrolled (more cars thanthe residents park at nights)
