I am very happy with the leasing office personnel and the maintenance department. The grounds are always kept nicely and the amenities are plentiful. Whenever there's something I need to discuss with the leasing office, they reply very quickly. There is a lovely community space that is kept very clean and the gym is in very good condition

It is a quiet community. People often keep to themselves here unless you bump into them and start speaking with them . I haven't been to the pools yet. They keep the grounds pretty nice around here. It's like you're living out in the woods. Infact you are. Un a bird sanctuary... it's beautiful

I love living here all the staff from leasing office to maintenance are kind, caring, professional, and always willing to help. It's safe quiet and the grounds are beautiful. My apartment is really cozy and my balcony is a plus everything is convenient to this complex.

I've been living at Weymouth Commons for four years. It has been amazing. Always clean hallways always clean parking lot. The maintenance crew is superb. Would recommend Weymouth Commons to a person looking for a great place to live.

There are a lot of issues here. They don't actually care about the property or tenants. Tenants just another pay check. Putting bandaids on repairs that need surgery. The staff will gaslight you, show up without 24h notices, and harass you for not being satisfied with the lack of professionalism and repairs.

We recently moved into this apartment complex and have had such a wonderful experience so far! From the very beginning, Nancy has been absolutely amazing ? so kind, welcoming, and patient. She made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer our questions and make sure we felt comfortable. Mary has also been incredibly helpful As well. And Chris has been just as great ? professional, responsive, and attentive. It's clear that the staff here truly care about their residents and take pride in what they do. Moving can be stressful, but thanks to Nancy, Mary, Chris, and the entire team, this transition has been such a positive experience. We're really happy to be part of this community!

The community looks nice and peaceful.. It's right off the highway very convenient for me.. Hopefully I can become one their residents.. Then I can give a better review of the whole community. Can't for the summer.. Should be fun with it having a pool and all..

The maintenance crew awesome! They make sure the job is done correctly the 1st time. Office staff has changed over the years, the crew we have now, excellent, they stay on top of the tenants that are not lease compliant. KUDOS

A good effort is made to keep the place nice. Any issues I've had are usually the neighbors breaking rules and the office has been quick to address that. The care the grounds got after the recent snow was excellent ( although I know of 3 cars damaged by the plows which they took complete responsibility for)

Do not rent here. This place is terrible. Other renters use the laundry at all hours of the day and when I submitted a complaint the front office lied about distributing a memo telling people to follow the rules. i had to call the cops on a neighbor and I got an angry email from the office. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I like the location, close to Boston and close to the south shore. The maintenance team is very professional and courteous. The rent is comparable to most towns in the area. I'm comfortable in the apartment that I live in. No noise or unruly neighbors

It's a nice place to stay they alway here for you for any repair in the apt it's a quiete place no smoke. Nice place for kid, Pool are clean and safe, large parking the apt is so clean It's was a good experiance staying here

I have lived here for more than 5 years and there is no serious issue except for some neighborhood issues, such as smoking cigarettes (especially in summer, it is hard to open windows at night), and sometimes noise middle of the night (very rare). Overall, it is not a serious issue.

Well maintained very safe just wish we a park for the kids so they have somewhere to go and be safe at it would be nice they can release some of their energy out after school or on the weekends or just to go and hang out with their friends after school because right now it's nothing for them to do

Weymouth Commons is a nice place and quiet on the day I went. I wouldn't mind renting if it was in my price range. It's also conveniently located. Maybe later on I'll consider them again if there's anything available.

When I came in 2020 it was during Covid, h as d to look at the apartment without management staff. It had change alot, in regards to turnover of tenants The grounds of the complex is well maintained. I like living around tenants that respect rules

It's okay! One thing that's getting to me is the cost of leasing this apartment, I feel like they company does not give any breaks for a long time residents, which is kind of frustrating, seeing Rent go up every year, I'm not happy about it!

Overall my experience at this community has been positive. All I need to make better is if I have the flooring replaced. Me and my son we suffer from allergies, so if the floor gets replaced it would help us tremendously
