Overall it is nothing negative about the community. Only thing I suggest is that if you want to make the community look even nicer and smoother, redo the parking spot lines. People park so close to each other it is ridiculous.

I've been a resident of Falls Village for over 20 years. Suffice to say, that fact alone attests to how satisfying and good the overall living experience provided by Falls Village has been and will likely continue to be. Definitely give consideration to Falls Village of Mount Washington if you are currently searching for a quality apartment residence in Baltimore.

The environment is excellent, and the neighborhood appears to be safe. However, the HVAC system can be updated to prevent rodent infestations. Otherwise, this community is ideal for families. I have enjoyed my residency for multiple years.

I like this apartments so much! Very quiet and peaceful. Gated but the gate is broken. It is safe for children to play. But the last snow storm they did not put salt in the walkway before snow happened.

Quiet community close to 695 and I-83. Shopping centers are not too far away. The community is clean, has a pool and grilling area to use during summer months. Apartments are kind of small and outdated

I love living at Falls Village of Mt. Washington. The staff is always kind and professional, the property is nicely maintained, neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhood is one of the nicest in Baltimore City.

Terrible neighbors that try to run the entire building, small apartment, no playground for children. Reported things to rental office; nothing was done. Rental office associates are pleasant and respectful. Rodents are on going issue.

We moved in one January 6, 2021. We are so happy because it's so suburban because of the trees and grass. It's calming and soothing. The maintenance department is efficient. They come quickly even if it's not an emergency.

I moved here in 2009. I met a man who lived here for 15 years. He moved to care for his mother. He shared about great community upkeep was true. New management and maintenance crew changes are better.

I love the whole community and it is really peaceful and quiet in the neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and our overall experience is nice. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The maintenance team always helps and gets all the repairs and requests done in no time.

The Falls Village is a great place. Residents are clean, polite, and friendly. The Staff is top notch. Close proximity to downtown, uptown, and even across town. Well maintained too! If you need a place in Baltimore, look into these apartments.

I've been here 8 years and have enjoyed it for the most part. It's a beautiful setting and a very convenient location. It's not without its problems - as is any community - but I'm generally happy here and have no plans to move.

Maintenance staff responds very quickly to requests. Safe feel while living in community. Hallways and grounds are always well maintained. Online portal to make things very easy to pay rent and submit work request and other concerns.

I have lived here for six years I enjoy the peace quite just living here. It's easy to a lot of area shopping , different places to hang out at . I would recommend to my friend who are looking for a different apartment to at least look here .

Constant maintenance issues both in my apartment and around the community. Signs at the grill area say charcoal is provided, however uou have to provide your own. Pound music isnt regulated at the pool and constant large piles of trash and furniture sitting outside of dumpsters.
