Very poor construction/sound insulation which leads to major noise issues from neighbors. Overall low class and low quality people living here and office staff that cares more about the low quality tenants - likely due to the government money that comes with them - than overall tenant satisfaction. I would highly advise against living here.

Quiet , friendly, very clean and its a pleasure to live in this community. Maintenance comes out quickly address all concerns and very friendly and respects your home. Overall the community is very friendly and once you get to know them they looks out for each other.

The staff was great during the tour, application and move-in process. I do not believe a final walk-through was done prior to move-in, as there were multiple small occurrences that should have been caught before I moved in. My apartment also was not ready on my actual move-in day, and I had to move in the day after. The team did work to resolve any issues quickly.

I've had several concerns while living here unfortunately. When I moved in to the current unit (was transferred from another unit which had loud banging sounds coming from the HVAC closet), the unit was infested with cockroaches. Top to bottom infested. It took a while, and the issue was finally resolved, but it was gross and made me very unsettled to go to sleep at night. Recently, we've dealt with another issue in which our AC continues to malfunction. They replaced the HVAC and thermostat, and things were working well for a few weeks, but in the past 4 days the system has crashed multiple times. Each time a tech will come in, do a quick repair, and then shortly after they leave the AC crashes again. When I contact management about the recurring issue, they are condescending and deflect blame. I've been asked to call the office to discuss urgent concerns, however when I call during their business hours nobody answers the phone. I work from home mostly and these apartment issues have caused serious issues. I'm constantly having to go to family members homes to work or take time off because of the conditions in the apartment, or because repairs are being completed (which don't even yield results). It's been rough. The constant issues have taken a toll and I can't voice my concerns to anyone on the phone because they just don't pick up.

Very nice community, clean grounds, nicely manicured. Secure gated community, nice fitness center and pool and grill area. The neighbors are nice and it's a very dog friendly community. Lot's of wildlife including deer and foxes.

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to I83 and 695. Amenities include swimming pool, gym and community center. The rooms are spacious and loving the balcony area. The in unit washer and dryer are of great help as well.

I have nothing good to say for the first time since l moved in. My advice be cautious before you sign lease. The rugs are cheap and do little to block noise from above. Resolutions between neighbors not handled well with new staff's nonchalant attitudes. Grounds are not tended to nor the beautification of the property. "Community events are sad and do not promote residents gathering as opposed to nearby Bonnie Ridge apts that have real community events like comedy shows, food trucks and such. I don't feel safe here anymore nor heard.

The rent is much better than many in the area. The maintenance staff is great...they come fix problems right away.. It is pretty quiet and i love the big open windows and light and veranda. I feel I live in a tree house.

The apartment complexes and community are very lovely and safe. The only complaint/downside is the leasing office. They were very kind, but unfortunately they are a little slow and do not answer calls often. That's okay, as I am in the customer service industry and understand, but would have loved a more prompt response! I just started to live here, but again I feel safe and the community/ staff is wonderful. Things just may take a bit more time than usual.

When my boyfriend moved here in 2020, my experience was fine the leasing office had great resident activities and it seem like a great community this time around in 2004. My boyfriend have recently moved into a two bedroom and the application and le process has been terrible. We don't feel like a priority, and we hope that it gets better during our 12 months here.

The experience has been alright. Most of the time the grounds and area are peaceful, but have had issues with neighbors that could not be resolved by office staff. Hoping this will not continue into the future. As well, hoping to have a walkthrough of apartment to see what can be updated/fixed in apartment as it is showing it's age.

The grounds are beautiful. The amenities are clean and well kept (gym/pool). The community is very quiet and clean. The staff is nice, but if you want hot water it maybe a miss here. I was advised several times that there's nothing they can do about the water temperature. Washer and deyer In every unit - they are old and slow, but there's a dedicated laundry center on the grounds.

I really like the area, but my apartment is dated and needs to be remodeled to reflect today's style and rent prices. I would love to stay here but I can't afford $200 rent increases every year, Otherwise I'll have to move.

HORRIBLE LEASING OFFICE

Horrible. The people in the leasing office are the worst part of this community. The first day I moved in, they couldnt find my keys. Couldnt move in, my things were out of the storage already. We had to put them back in. Then renters insurance— they penalized me on the first day of the month for being late giving them a copy of my insurance. FIRST DAY!!!! Also, dont count on those referral bonus, theyre marketing lies. I referred renters but never got anything!

This is a very friendly, cooperative community of neighbors, many have pets and we all get along and help each other. There are many professionals working in Healthcare settings, and long time residents (1978) like myself. The area has open spaces to walk, a gym, and is quiet at night (no traffic noise).

I became a resident of this community in spring 2023, it is almost winter & my drain has been clogged since day 1. Recently I was informed "that's a slow draing drain & that's how it is." Dealing with months of still water has caused the health of my feet to change & the cleanliness of my environment to alter as well. I wish I would've checked all appliances & drains before signing my lease. But I hope & pray you have a better experience than me.
