It's quiet, nice grounds and reasonable in price but there is not extra storage. I do like living here, it's very well lit at night and there's plenty of parking. I like that they have community activities.

Besides the walls being thin and you can hear a lot in people homes it's been a great experience the parking lot is well lit , I feel safe when coming home, there is no trash smell, no rodent issues , maintenance is great Ian very please.

It's a nice community. Clean and quiet area. The maintenance staff is quick and professional in my personal experience. Office management is attentive and professional. Parking is abundant and convenient. Easy access to a lot of shopping(grocery, local cafes and restaurants).

So far it's ok as we have been constantly sending out maintenance requests for one or the other issue every week which is frustrating, but at least the apartment is clean and the response has been quick to resolve the issues.

Appliances are very old and it would be better if upgrades could be provided. Community is good. Security can be enhanced. Gates are left open often. Reserved parking spots would be beneficial. Laundry rooms need more machines

Easy application process, swift move in, no issues or complaints. Deciding to move during these challenging times was stressing enough, finding a nice quiet spot to retreat, sent my anxiety through the roof! However, me stumbling on this gem I found??all worth it. The young man who assisted me throughout my process, I believe his name is Marcus ( I'm horrible with names, so apologies if I'm incorrect), he was accommodating and efficient. Making my experience that much easier! Thank you

Has become a very dark community. Lots of trash left in places. Dumpsters are always full. Parking lot has nails and screws my husband now has a flat tire. Front office doesn't seem to care about issues.

My wife and I have lived in 3 different apartments in Falls Village over an 8 year period. There is so much that we appreciated. The quiet, peaceful community. Well maintained property and responsive staff. The beautiful green spaces with pleasant sightings of deer, rabbits, and different kinds or birds.

It's okay. Not extremely expensive, fairly clean, and responsive maintenance but also loud neighbors, rude desk agents, and a community that is sliding from safe and quiet to increased police activity and unkempt.

Great apartment complex complex surrounded by a quiet community. It's location allows for quick access to 695, 83 and the light rail. The community is made up of mostly small families, young couples, and retirees. The price cannot be beat for the area.

My experience has been great so far. It would be great if any updates/memos were emailed or put on the portal/app. It would be great if there was a dumpster on my side of the community. I like that they got new lounge chairs at the pool last summer.

A nice community riddled with issues. Poor ventilation, thin walls, and little to no response from management will leave anyone looking for an apartment in a 'cozy' neighborhood left wanting. Neighbors will make noise all hours of the day, unchecked. Smoke will pour in from the connected vents, so tenants will partake in whatever their neighbors do, day and night. The one saving grace of this once truly beautiful community continues to be the maintenance staff and their ability to quickly and efficiently correct any problems that may arise. Avoid at all costs, unless you are okay dealing with the trauma.

We have been here over five years. The complex is quiet and the neighbors hospitable. Maintenance is very responsive and the turn around for repair requests is fast and efficient. Although it's an older development the upkeep is topnotch.

I was pleased with the pleasantness of all staff I encountered on my initial visit. I was able to see my unit after it was worked on. A touch up cleaning, vaccuming, were being performed when I arrived to moved in.

We live in falls village apartments. Our experience was fanstic there, they have pool and gym and super safe. It's actually pretty nice the surrounding areas and the lake is nearby (I used to bike there). It's also on the price range you are looking for.

Falls Village apartments is a quiet community nestled in the trees of Mount Washington. People happily share the neighborhood among trees, deer, fox, squirrels, birds, humans their dogs & indoor cats.

Only been here for 3 months and the office staff very friendly and helpful. Maintenance always on point. It would be nice if y'all have a play area for the kids to play. Overall it's a nice community. Keep up the good work!!

Falls village at Mt. Washington apartment is a pleasant place to live in. The community and common amenities are kept clean. Staff are very attentive to residents needs and have a wonderful costumer service.

We like living here, the apartments are older and some maintenance issues come along with that but the staff are quick to respond when you are having issues. The people are nice and for the most part considerate of neighbors. It is very animal friendly and there are many members with animals in the community.
