Me and my family are so very happy here in Falls Village of Mount Washington. Staffs and community are very welcoming and the place is safe specially when you have kids. Great place to live! I will recommend this beautiful place to my friends.

It is too early to tell. So far so good. The grounds are nice. the apartment size is just what I need. I would prefer to have a renovated apartment if it comes available. The cabinets seem to be old and just slung up there. Some of the cabinet doors in the kitchen are different sizes. The draws in the kitchen are the same. The washer and dryer do not match and look like it was just thrown up. The bedrooms, living room and dining room are nice and kept. The kitchen definitely looks thrown together.

Amazing place. Very nice management. Smooth move in process. Neighborhood is safe and quite peaceful. The only problem is no grocery store at a walking distance. Would recommend everyone to move in to falls village.

Falls village apartments, for me, has the most hospitable staffs. They are very warm welcoming. The room is nice except for the mice. safe for children. Neighbor-friendly village. The flowers are relaxing and also the deers. All in all good experience.

Falls village apartments are thee best apartments I have ever lived in. My kids and I love it here. We honestly wouldn't change our living situation for as long as possible if we can continue to stay here! This place is awesome!!!!!

Very informative. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds and the buildings. There was more than enough parking. I even spoke with Tennant's while walking their dogs, and they all said they loved how quiet the area is. That's exactly what I'm looking for!

Great move in experience! My apartment is newly renovated with a washer/dryer as well as dishwasher. I was sold on the washer/dryer however the balcony and pool are my other favorite features. Very pleased with Falls Village so far!

It has been a wonderful experience here in this community. It is a community of diversity that coexist very well in my opinion. I'm blessed to have wonderful neighbors who look out for one another. The Falls Village staff is very professional and personable.

Being a resident of the Falls Village at Mount Washington Apartments makes me grateful and happy. I feel secure in my home, and the neighborhood is serene, well-kept, and lovely. Even though I don't often need maintenance, when I do, it gets done quickly. I enjoy that the leasing office sends updates, reminders, and a message when work is completed if someone will be working inside my apartment. I wish there were more free weights and a squat rack because I adore working out at the apartment gym. I also love that there is a pool and visitors are welcome with a guest pass. Even if I don't go to the community activities, I am glad that they are available.

My new apartment is just 2,000 feet away from my son's front door and less than that to my new synagogue. I love the openness of the complex. The staff are very nice. Especially, the manager, Ms. Howard-Bey.

I moved-in in January 2023. So far had no issue with cleanliness, customer service or communication within the community. Only challenge I had is setting up auto debit payment from my account. Otherwise so far so good!!

The front desk is terrible. They do not respond to requests or noise complaints, send out "eviction notices" if you pay rent a minute after it's due (even left two eviction notices on my neighbor's door who had passed), and are extremely rude. I should've headed to the red flag the minute I showed up for a tour and they rushed through it in two minutes. They do not like their job and make everyone else miserable. Gates have been broken for almost the entire time I've lived here with people taking advantage of them (there were reports of crime in the parking lot) noise is terrible (both in the apartments and outside), there are constantly loud cars dragging through the neighborhood, people drive on grass completely tearing it up. Nothing nearby. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance staff.

Not too many problems. The worst?a pipe broke in above apartment during renovation. I was flooded out. Had to fight for hotel placement and my unit was not restored to same condition. It was worse. I gave up fighting for corrections. Also the trash pile up at times which smells in summer heat

Great community. Great Customer Service is key to all aspects of good quality service. Marcus the leasing consultant needs training on how he communicates with customers. Otherwise maintenance men are friendly and quick to fix concerns.

My experience has been okay but could be better and with recent increase in rent it makes me feel more upset about what I don't get for what I'm paying for. It's miserable. There is no reason I should have to complain about old things such as a dishwasher that should have been replaced long before I moved in. I have a small space and realize that I need more
